Tentokr\u00e1t ale v\u00a0ned\u011bli bude sta\u010dit jen devades\u00e1t minut s\u00a0jedn\u00edm kopcem, kde si m\u00e1knete do st\u0159edn\u00edho tempa.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Z\u00e1vodn\u00ed strava<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Dva t\u00fddny p\u0159ed z\u00e1vodem je ide\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010das vyzkou\u0161et si z\u00e1vodn\u00ed stravu. Na del\u0161\u00ed j\u00edzdy jste si ji\u017e od \u010dtvrt\u00e9ho t\u00fddne p\u0159ipravovali sva\u010diny.
