Ve \u010dtvrtek je v\u00a0pl\u00e1nu ji\u017e klasick\u00fd tr\u00e9nink \u0161edes\u00e1t minut v\u00a0sedle za pov\u00eddac\u00edho tempa s\u00a0dvacetiminutov\u00fdm \u00fasekem, kde zrychl\u00edte do st\u0159edn\u00edho tempa.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0sobotu za\u0159a\u010fte tak\u00e9 jako obvykle cross tr\u00e9nink. Do dlouh\u00e9 ned\u011bln\u00ed j\u00edzdy, kter\u00e1 by tentokr\u00e1t m\u011bla trvat dv\u011b hodiny, v\u0161ak za\u0159ad\u00edme ten sam\u00fd kopec jako v\u00a0\u00fater\u00fd. V\u00a0ned\u011bli se ale pokuste kopec vyjet pomaleji ve st\u0159edn\u00edm tempu.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Technika pro stoup\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Za\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edk\u016fm se nejsp\u00ed\u0161 pod pojmem kopec vybav\u00ed jen hr\u016fza, nedostatek kysl\u00edku a bolest. Kdy\u017e se ke stoup\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159istupuje strategicky a se spr\u00e1vnou technikou j\u00edzdy, tak to nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd z\u00e1\u017eitek.<\/p>\n<p>Velmi \u010dastou chybou je \u0161patn\u00e1 kadence. Kdy\u017e si cyklista v\u010das nep\u0159e\u0159ad\u00ed na leh\u010d\u00ed p\u0159evod na za\u010d\u00e1tku kopce tak velmi rychle p\u0159ijde o kadenci a za\u010dne ztr\u00e1cet s\u00edlu pomal\u00fdm silov\u00fdm \u0161lap\u00e1n\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/13\/2020\/04\/nova-cup-dolni-morava-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-extra-large wp-image-6571\" src=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/13\/2020\/04\/nova-cup-dolni-morava-2-1272x1920.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1272\" height=\"1920\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed se toto sna\u017e\u00ed kompenzovat t\u00edm, \u017ee jdou ze sedla. Oboj\u00ed se ale na za\u010d\u00e1tek stoup\u00e1n\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161inou nehod\u00ed. Mnohem lep\u0161\u00ed je za\u010d\u00edt konzervativn\u011b, s\u00a0vysokou kadenc\u00ed, leh\u010d\u00edm p\u0159evodem a v sedle.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdbu\u0161nou energii a s\u00edlu po\u0161et\u0159ete na prud\u0161\u00ed sekce stoup\u00e1n\u00ed nebo, kdy\u017e uc\u00edt\u00edte silov\u00e9 rezervy na dohled vrcholu. Pomalej\u0161\u00ed, udr\u017eiteln\u00e9 tempo s\u00a0vysokou kadenc\u00ed bude v\u017edy lep\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e muset z\u00a0kola v\u00a0p\u016flce stoup\u00e1n\u00ed potupn\u011b sesedat, proto\u017ee nohy vypov\u011bd\u011bly slu\u017ebu.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Zbavte se strachu ze sjezd\u016f<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u0158ad\u011b za\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edk\u016f nah\u00e1n\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed hr\u016fzu to, co p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed po dosa\u017een\u00ed vrcholu kopce: sjezd!
