Co ale v\u00edme s\u00a0jistotou, je, \u017ee dva men\u0161\u00ed \u010desneky \u010desk\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu koup\u00edte za pouh\u00fdch 20 korun a m\u00e1te na p\u00e1r t\u00fddn\u016f vystar\u00e1no.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Bor\u016fvky, l\u00e9k na st\u00e1rnut\u00ed<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Bor\u016fvky jsou pln\u00e9 vl\u00e1kniny a obsahuj\u00ed slu\u0161nou d\u00e1vku vitam\u00ednu K, vitam\u00ednu C, manganu a men\u0161\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed mnoha dal\u0161\u00edch mikro\u017eivin. Nap\u0159\u00edklad studie z\u00a0roku 2007 uk\u00e1zala, \u017ee konzumace 1 litru \u0161\u0165\u00e1vy z\u00a0bor\u016fvek a jablek denn\u011b po dobu 4 t\u00fddn\u016f sn\u00ed\u017eila u 168 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f po\u0161kozen\u00ed DNA voln\u00fdmi radik\u00e1ly pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b o 20 %. Ve studii z\u00a0roku 2012 dokonce pomohla deseti cyklistk\u00e1m rychleji zotavit svaly po n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9m tr\u00e9ninku. A k\u00a0tomu v\u0161emu jsou je\u0161t\u011b bor\u016fvky skv\u011bl\u00e1 a chutn\u00e1 sva\u010dina. Tak\u017ee jakmile za\u010dne sez\u00f3na bor\u016fvek (\u010derven a\u017e z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed), tak napl\u0148te mraz\u00e1k do z\u00e1soby, za 20 korun se\u017eenete i \u010dtvrt kila.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u010cerven\u00e1 \u0159epa pro lep\u0161\u00ed prokrven\u00ed sval\u016f na kole<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u010cerven\u00e1 \u0159epa obsahuje ur\u010dit\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed tak\u0159ka v\u0161ech miner\u00e1l\u016f a vitam\u00edn\u016f, kter\u00e9 lidsk\u00e9 t\u011blo pot\u0159ebuje. Je tak\u00e9 pln\u00e1 antioxidant\u016f a vl\u00e1kniny, kter\u00e1 zlep\u0161uje tr\u00e1ven\u00ed. \u0158ada studi\u00ed uk\u00e1zala, \u017ee konzumace \u0159epy dok\u00e1\u017ee po n\u011bkolik hodin sn\u00ed\u017eit krevn\u00ed tlak a\u017e o 4 &#8211; 10 mm Hg. Pro trval\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed tlaku je v\u0161ak pot\u0159eba j\u00edst \u0159epu pravideln\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>\u0158epa je v\u0161ak nejzaj\u00edmav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed sv\u00fdm vysok\u00fdm obsahem dusi\u010dnan\u016f. Dal\u0161\u00ed studie ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee \u010d\u00edm m\u00e9n\u011b je jedinec tr\u00e9novan\u00fd, t\u00edm m\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u0161anci z\u00edskat benefit z\u00a0konzumace \u0159epy. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b m\u011bla ve studi\u00edch nejlep\u0161\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek konzumace 300 &#8211; 500 ml \u0161\u0165\u00e1vy dv\u011b a\u017e t\u0159i hodiny p\u0159ed v\u00fdkonem.
