V\u00fdzkum ukazuje, \u017ee i tento zp\u016fsob tr\u00e9nov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159in\u00e9st pozitivn\u00ed v\u00fdsledky. Nov\u00e1 studie srovn\u00e1vala b\u011b\u017ece, kte\u0159\u00ed absolvovali 45minutov\u00fd b\u011bh v\u00a0konstantn\u00edm tempu a po n\u011bm 5km z\u00e1vod ve stavu b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 a potom sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 hydratace. Zjistili, \u017ee tr\u00e9nink bez dostate\u010dn\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edsunu tekutin se projev\u00ed men\u0161\u00edm sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed v\u00fdkonnosti v\u00a0z\u00e1vod\u011b. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b byli b\u011b\u017eci oproti tr\u00e9ninku pomalej\u0161\u00ed o 5,8 % kdy\u017e tr\u00e9novali s norm\u00e1ln\u00ed hydratac\u00ed, ale pouze o 1,2 % pomalej\u0161\u00ed, kdy\u017e tr\u00e9novali dehydratovan\u00ed. Studie tedy ukazuje, \u017ee pro sportovce, kte\u0159\u00ed se ve sv\u00fdch z\u00e1vodech \u010dasto setk\u00e1vaj\u00ed se stavem dehydratace, je p\u0159\u00ednosn\u00e9 se s\u00a0t\u00edmto stavem seznamovat i v\u00a0tr\u00e9ninku. Ne\u017e se v\u0161ak takov\u00fdto tr\u00e9nink stane normou, budeme si muset po\u010dkat je\u0161t\u011b na dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdzkum.<\/p>\n<p>Je vid\u011bt, \u017ee periodizovan\u00e1 v\u00fd\u017eiva v\u00a0cyklistice m\u00e1 opravdu mnoho tv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed. Pokud chcete ze sv\u00e9ho tr\u00e9ninku dostat opravdu maximum, tak mus\u00edte periodizovat svou stravu v\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu sez\u00f3ny, ale i v\u00a0r\u00e1mci ka\u017ed\u00e9ho tr\u00e9ninkov\u00e9ho t\u00fddne.
