Pova\u017euj\u00ed cyklist\u00e9 sv\u016fj preferovan\u00fd zp\u016fsob dopravy za sou\u010d\u00e1st sv\u00e9 identity? Existuje v\u016fbec cyklistick\u00e1 identita? Brit\u0161t\u00ed sociologov\u00e9 se rozhodli tuto problematiku prozkoumat a pokusit se tyto ot\u00e1zky zodpov\u011bd\u011bt.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Provedli v\u00fdzkum zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fd na n\u00e1vyky spojen\u00e9 s doj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bn\u00edm do pr\u00e1ce na kole a v\u00fdsledky jsou velice zaj\u00edmav\u00e9. Uk\u00e1zali, \u017ee volba zp\u016fsobu dopravy, v\u00a0tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b je to doj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed na kole, se v\u00e1\u017ee s pocitem, \u017ee je \u010dlov\u011bk sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed n\u011bjak\u00e9 skupiny.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Zp\u016fsob dopravy nen\u00ed \u010dist\u011b osobn\u00ed volbou<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci ud\u011blali rozhovory se zam\u011bstnanci p\u011bti r\u016fzn\u00fdch firem, kter\u00e9 se li\u0161ily velikost\u00ed, firemn\u00ed kulturou a organiza\u010dn\u00ed strukturou. Tyto firmy p\u016fsobily v\u00a0sektorech technologie, managementu, stroj\u00edrenstv\u00ed a hardware a software v\u00fdvoje. Ot\u00e1zky zahrnovaly motivace, zku\u0161enosti a n\u00e1zory na cyklistiku a doj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed do pr\u00e1ce na kole.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/13\/2020\/03\/Cyclists-in-London-Traffic-profimedia-0162060928.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-5936\" src=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/13\/2020\/03\/Cyclists-in-London-Traffic-profimedia-0162060928-1024x450.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"450\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Volba dopravy do pr\u00e1ce na kole se na prvn\u00ed pohled zd\u00e1 jako ot\u00e1zka osobn\u00edch preferenc\u00ed. Ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed ji v\u0161ak i vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed faktory a prakti\u010dnost nap\u0159\u00edklad v\u00a0podob\u011b kvality cyklistick\u00e9 infrastruktury a vzd\u00e1lenosti. Tato studie v\u0161ak odhalila i dal\u0161\u00ed extern\u00ed vlivy, kter\u00fdch si \u010dasto ani nejsme v\u011bdomi. Vypad\u00e1 to, \u017ee firma, pro kterou pracujeme a jej\u00ed organiza\u010dn\u00ed struktura a kultura maj\u00ed v\u00fdznamn\u00fd vliv na to, jak\u00fd zp\u016fsob dopravy si vybereme.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Firemn\u00ed kultura hraje velkou roli<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Dle studie m\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00fd zam\u011bstnanec n\u011bkolik \u201epracovn\u00edch identit\u201c, kter\u00e9 vych\u00e1zej\u00ed z\u00a0toho, v\u00a0jak\u00e9m odd\u011blen\u00ed pracuje, jak dlouho na dan\u00e9 pozici je a jak\u00e9 je jeho \u010di jej\u00ed celkov\u00e9 postaven\u00ed v\u00a0r\u00e1mci firmy. Dal\u0161\u00edmi faktory jsou pak dress-code, m\u00edra form\u00e1lnosti firemn\u00ed kultury a vybaven\u00ed pro cyklisty.<\/p>\n<p>Velmi podstatn\u00fd faktor je tak\u00e9 to, jak je cyklistika ve firm\u011b vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed celkov\u011b. Zejm\u00e9na pokud je cyklistika ji\u017e p\u0159\u00edmo integrov\u00e1na do firemn\u00ed kultury. Do ur\u010dit\u00e9 m\u00edry pot\u0159ebujeme, aby n\u00e1s pracovn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed motivovalo k\u00a0tomu, abychom r\u00e1no sedli na kolo. Cyklistika mus\u00ed b\u00fdt n\u011bco zcela b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho a zabudovan\u00e9ho do firemn\u00ed kultury. Zjednodu\u0161en\u011b \u0159e\u010deno: Pokud v\u00e1\u0161 \u0161\u00e9f i va\u0161i kolegov\u00e9 jezd\u00ed b\u011b\u017en\u011b do pr\u00e1ce na kole a cyklistika je pova\u017eov\u00e1na za n\u011bco norm\u00e1ln\u00edho, tak je mnohem vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost, \u017ee za\u010dnete jezdit na kole do pr\u00e1ce tak\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Rozhoduje i infrastruktura a bezpe\u010dnost<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Rozhovory se zam\u011bstnanci odhalily, \u017ee volba zp\u016fsobu dopravy je velice komplexn\u00ed z\u00e1le\u017eitost. Individu\u00e1ln\u00ed zku\u0161enosti hraj\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eitou roli stejn\u011b jako faktory jako bezpe\u010dnost, \u00faspora n\u00e1klad\u016f a pohodlnost. Osobn\u00ed preference jsou v\u0161ak v\u00fdrazn\u011b propojen\u00e9 s\u00a0dom\u00e1c\u00edmi a pracovn\u00edmi p\u0159edsudky a prioritami. K\u00a0cel\u00e9 studii je pot\u0159eba dodat je\u0161t\u011b jednu v\u011bc. V\u011bt\u0161ina dotazovan\u00fdch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f byli in\u017een\u00fd\u0159i, kte\u0159\u00ed se d\u00edvaj\u00ed na cyklistiku jako inherentn\u011b vhodnou pro jejich povol\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Jak jsme na tom u n\u00e1s?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Jak vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 z datov\u00e9ho projektu \u010ce\u0161i v sedle, v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice jezd\u00ed na kole alespo\u0148 ob\u010das 63 % populace, co\u017e n\u00e1s \u0159ad\u00ed v\u00a0Evrop\u011b k\u00a0nadpr\u016fm\u011bru. K\u00a0dobr\u00fdm v\u00fdsledk\u016fm n\u00e1m pom\u00e1haj\u00ed zejm\u00e9na vesnice, kde jezd\u00ed 71 % obyvatel, kde\u017eto ve m\u011bstech je to jen 59\u201362 %. Infrastruktura pro cyklisty a pocit bezpe\u010dnosti tedy z\u0159ejm\u011b hraj\u00ed roli.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/13\/2020\/03\/V\u00fdst\u0159i\u017eek1.PNG.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5962\" src=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/13\/2020\/03\/V\u00fdst\u0159i\u017eek1.PNG.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1107\" height=\"830\" \/><\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Kdo u n\u00e1s jezd\u00ed na kole nejv\u00edc?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Asi nen\u00ed p\u0159ekvapen\u00edm, \u017ee nejv\u00edce jezd\u00ed na kole mlad\u00ed lid\u00e9, ve skupin\u011b 15-24 let je to kr\u00e1sn\u00fdch 84 %, pot\u00e9 procento kles\u00e1 a v\u011bkov\u00e1 skupina 45-54 let m\u00e1 ji\u017e pouh\u00fdch 62 % cyklist\u016f. Mo\u017en\u00e1 p\u0159ekvapiv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je v\u0161ak zastoupen\u00ed cyklist\u016f dle profes\u00ed. Za studenty, kter\u00fdch jezd\u00ed na kole 87 %, co\u017e p\u0159ekvapiv\u00e9 nen\u00ed, jsou hned na druh\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b mana\u017ee\u0159i, kter\u00fdch jezd\u00ed 80 %. Lid\u00e9 s\u00a0kancel\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdm zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00edm tak\u00e9 jezd\u00ed velmi \u010dasto v 70 % p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f. Nejm\u00e9n\u011b jezd\u00ed \u017eivnostn\u00edci 56 % a nezam\u011bstnan\u00ed 63 %. Firemn\u00ed kultura a pozitivn\u00ed vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed cyklistiky v\u00a0pracovn\u00edm kolektivu, jak nazna\u010duje britsk\u00e1 studie, tedy z\u0159ejm\u011b hraje v\u00fdznamnou roli i u n\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/13\/2020\/03\/V\u00fdst\u0159i\u017eek2.PNG.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5963\" src=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/13\/2020\/03\/V\u00fdst\u0159i\u017eek2.PNG.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1107\" height=\"830\" \/><\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Kde se jezd\u00ed na kole nejv\u00edce?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>V \u010cesk\u00e9 republice si j\u00edzdn\u00ed kolo nejv\u00edce obl\u00edbili na severov\u00fdchod\u011b zem\u011b, tedy na Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9hradecku, Pardubicku a Liberecku. Alespo\u0148 ob\u010das se zde, dle statistik projektu \u010ce\u0161i v sedle, na kole dopravuje t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 70 % obyvatel. Nejvst\u0159\u00edcn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm m\u00edstem pro cyklistiku v\u0161ak byl dle ankety Cyklobarometr v roce 2019 zvolen Ro\u017enov pod Radho\u0161t\u011bm. Na druh\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b pak byl v\u00edt\u011bz z\u00a0roku 2018 Otrokovice a t\u0159et\u00ed se um\u00edstil Zl\u00edn.
