Okam\u017eit\u011b se stala z\u00e1vislou na cyklistice a m\u011bla z n\u00ed p\u0159esn\u011b ten skv\u011bl\u00fd pocit, kter\u00fd za\u017eijete jen p\u0159i j\u00edzd\u011b na kole. Za\u010d\u00e1tkem roku 2018 p\u0159esedlala na BMC Teammachine a nyn\u00ed jezd\u00ed kolem 150 kilometr\u016f t\u00fddn\u011b, za dobr\u00e9ho po\u010das\u00ed pak klidn\u011b i v\u00edce ne\u017e 200. V l\u00e9t\u011b 2018 sout\u011b\u017eila ve skotsk\u00fdch n\u00e1rodn\u00edch silni\u010dn\u00edch z\u00e1vodech a t\u011b\u0161\u00ed se, \u017ee v roce 2019 bude ve sv\u00e9m c\u00edli, stoupat v\u00fd\u0161e, pokra\u010dovat. <\/p>\n<p>Mluvili jsme s n\u00ed o tr\u00e9ninku, vybaven\u00ed, sestavov\u00e1n\u00ed rozpo\u010dtu, hled\u00e1n\u00ed rovnov\u00e1hy a zabr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00ed vyho\u0159en\u00ed. A\u0165 u\u017e jste cti\u017e\u00e1dostiv\u00ed profesion\u00e1lov\u00e9, nebo jen hled\u00e1te zp\u016fsoby, jak za\u010dlenit v\u00edce cyklistiky do va\u0161eho programu, m\u00e1 pro v\u00e1s Harri n\u011bkolik velmi dobr\u00fdch rad.<\/p>\n<p><em>Jak vypad\u00e1 v\u00e1\u0161 b\u011b\u017en\u00fd den a jak v n\u011bm zvl\u00e1d\u00e1te zd\u00e1nliv\u011b neslu\u010diteln\u00e9 povinnosti?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Obvykle chod\u00edm do nemocnice mezi 7:00 &#8211; 8:00 r\u00e1no. Pak jsem cel\u00fd den na odd\u011blen\u00edch a vyu\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed, vrac\u00edm se mezi 16:00 -18:00. Pot\u00e9 se mus\u00edm p\u0159izp\u016fsobit n\u011bkolika \u010dinnostem: n\u00e1kupu potravin, va\u0159en\u00ed, hygien\u011b, tr\u00e9ninku, socializaci a studiu. Je toho hodn\u011b, ale d\u00edky zku\u0161enostem jsem se nau\u010dila b\u00fdt realisti\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v tom, co kdy u mne funguje, a naopak. V\u00edm nap\u0159\u00edklad, \u017ee r\u00e1no se neu\u010d\u00edm p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 dob\u0159e, tak\u017ee je to ide\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010das na tr\u00e9nink nebo nakupov\u00e1n\u00ed j\u00eddla, kter\u00e9 jsem si pro tento den pl\u00e1novala. Dob\u0159e si uv\u011bdomuji, jak dlouho tr\u00e9nink opravdu trv\u00e1 &#8211; p\u0159\u00edprava, pr\u016fb\u011bh, z\u00e1v\u011bre\u010dn\u00e1 f\u00e1ze, pak demontov\u00e1n\u00ed tachometru, j\u00eddlo a sprcha. V\u0161emu v\u011bnuji p\u0159esn\u011b tolik \u010dasu, kolik m\u00e1m. <\/p>\n<h3><strong>VYTVO\u0158TE PL\u00c1N A DR\u017dTE SE HO<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>N\u011bjak\u00e9 triky a tipy pro lep\u0161\u00ed pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Aby v\u0161e klaplo, ka\u017ed\u00fd t\u00fdden si sestavuji list pap\u00edru form\u00e1tu A4 se sloupcem pro ka\u017ed\u00fd den. V n\u011bm si vyblokuji \u010dasy, kdy jsem v nemocnici nebo m\u00e1m jin\u00e9 povinnosti. Voln\u00e9 m\u00edsto pak zapln\u00edm p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b studiem a \u0161kolou, samoz\u0159ejm\u011b. A\u017e s t\u00edmto druhem pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed jsem zjistila, \u017ee sv\u016fj \u010das vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1m mnohem efektivn\u011bji. Ka\u017ed\u00fd den tak najdu v\u00edc \u010dasu, kter\u00fd mohu vyu\u017e\u00edt k tr\u00e9ninku. \u017diji v Glasgow, tr\u00e9nink z\u00e1sadn\u011b ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed pov\u011btrnostn\u00ed podm\u00ednky, tak\u017ee pl\u00e1nuji sv\u00e9 venkovn\u00ed j\u00edzdy podle p\u0159edpov\u011bdi. Kdy\u017e se dostanu na kolo, je to, jako bych se vzn\u00e1\u0161ela, a t\u011bch p\u00e1r hodin nec\u00edt\u00edm \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd stres. Str\u00e1vit tolik \u010dasu objevov\u00e1n\u00edm sv\u011bta je opravdu zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed v\u011bc a absolutn\u00ed v\u00fdsada. Za druh\u00e9, tr\u00e9nuji, proto\u017ee chci dos\u00e1hnout sv\u00e9ho c\u00edle, a v\u00edm, \u017ee mi to nevyjde, kdy\u017e do toho ned\u00e1m maximum. Po n\u011bkolika t\u00fddnech bez \u00fasm\u011bvu jsem odjela sama na dlouh\u00fd v\u00edkend do klidn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti Skotska. T\u0159i dny j\u00edzd po nov\u00fdch silnic\u00edch, a nav\u00edc bez povinnost\u00ed, mi opravdu umo\u017enily uvolnit se a znovu objevit radost, kterou mi cyklistika p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>TR\u00c9NUJTE CHYT\u0158E A TVRD\u011a<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>Jak\u00e9 nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdzv\u011b jste musela \u010delit p\u0159i cest\u011b za sv\u00fdm snem?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nem\u00e1m spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 podm\u00ednky pro intervalov\u00fd tr\u00e9nink. Cesty kolem Glasgow jsou v\u00fdhradn\u011b stoupaj\u00edc\u00ed, nebo naopak sjezdov\u00e9. Nemohu tedy p\u0159en\u00e9st intervalov\u00fd tr\u00e9nink na venkovn\u00ed j\u00edzdu, jak to d\u011blaj\u00ed ostatn\u00ed. \u017diji v byt\u011b, nebylo by tedy spravedliv\u00e9 v\u016f\u010di m\u00fdm spolubydl\u00edc\u00edm, abych v n\u011bm jezdila na trena\u017e\u00e9ru. Jsou to p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm studenti, a ti maj\u00ed tak\u00e9 sv\u00e9 povinnosti a zkou\u0161ky. Hluk a nepo\u0159\u00e1dek by jim ur\u010dit\u011b vadil. Tr\u00e9novala jsem dva roky na Wattbiku v univerzitn\u00ed t\u011blocvi\u010dn\u011b, ale tamn\u00ed klimatizace nebyla vhodn\u00e1 pro j\u00edzdu uvnit\u0159, hrozn\u011b jsem se potila. V leto\u0161n\u00edm roce m\u00e1m tich\u00fd magnetick\u00fd trena\u017e\u00e9r a m\u011b\u0159i\u010d v\u00fdkonu a tr\u00e9nuji na schodi\u0161ti s otev\u0159en\u00fdmi okny. Je to lep\u0161\u00ed, samoz\u0159ejm\u011b to nen\u00ed ide\u00e1l.<\/p>\n<p>I had a period of burnout last year, when I was sick of all the local routes and frustrated by the inequality in cycling. After a few weeks with no mojo, I sacked off the intervals and went away for a long weekend by myself in a really tranquil part of Scotland. V\u00edm, \u017ee do sv\u00fdch dn\u016f jsem za\u010dlenila zhruba \u0161estkr\u00e1t v\u00edce v\u011bc\u00ed ne\u017e mnoz\u00ed z m\u00fdch vrstevn\u00edk\u016f &#8211; jde o to naj\u00edt \u010dasov\u00e9 mezery ve sv\u00e9m di\u00e1\u0159i a nau\u010dit se je vyu\u017e\u00edvat.<\/p>\n<p>INTERVALOV\u00dd TR\u00c9NINK znamen\u00e1, \u017ee b\u011bhem n\u011bkolika hodin t\u00fddn\u011b naberete kondici. Pokud vyraz\u00edte brzy r\u00e1no v sobotu nebo v ned\u011bli, m\u016f\u017eete se vydat na dlouhou cestu a b\u00fdt zp\u011bt d\u0159\u00edv, ne\u017e va\u0161e rodina vstane. Budete rychlej\u0161\u00ed, kdy\u017e vyjedete rovnou z domu. Existuje mnoho d\u016fkaz\u016f, \u017ee cvi\u010den\u00ed z v\u00e1s \u010din\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b l\u00edn\u00e9ho a efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho \u017e\u00e1ka.
