Poj\u010fme se vydat na fiktivn\u00ed v\u00fdlet do budoucnosti, kde auta bez \u0159idi\u010de ji\u017e jsou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed dopravy, a zhodnotit tuto mo\u017enou budouc\u00ed situaci.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><b>Mohou b\u00fdt bezpe\u010dn\u00e1?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Automobily s\u00a0autopilotem se v dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b ji\u017e pomalu dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed na silnice. Jsou zcela leg\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00a0n\u011bkolika americk\u00fdch st\u00e1tech, \u0159ada evropsk\u00fdch zem\u00ed jako N\u011bmecko, Francie, Velk\u00e1 Brit\u00e1nie a Nizozem\u00ed ji\u017e pracuje na z\u00e1konech, kter\u00e9 budou tato vozidla regulovat, a \u010c\u00edna dokonce vyd\u00e1v\u00e1 samo\u0159idi\u010dsk\u00e9 pr\u016fkazy od roku 2018. St\u00e1le v\u0161ak nen\u00ed jednozna\u010dn\u00e9, zda jsme na to kompletn\u011b p\u0159ipraveni.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9n\u011b zku\u0161en\u00ed cyklist\u00e9 a d\u011bti na kolech, tedy skupiny, kter\u00e9 se pohybuj\u00ed na silnic\u00edch tak\u0159ka nep\u0159edv\u00eddateln\u011b, jsou v\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b pro autopilota pom\u011brn\u011b velk\u00fd o\u0159\u00ed\u0161ek. Ani zku\u0161en\u00ed cyklist\u00e9 v\u0161ak nejsou mimo ohro\u017een\u00ed. P\u0159edstavte si chov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1vodn\u00edho cyklisty. P\u0159ed odbo\u010den\u00edm vlevo neupa\u017e\u00ed, ale s rukou na \u0159\u00edd\u00edtku jen lehce zdvihne dva prsty. T\u011b\u017eko si p\u0159edstavit, \u017ee na\u0161e sou\u010dasn\u00e1 technologie toto dok\u00e1\u017ee adekv\u00e1tn\u011b zaznamenat a vyhodnotit.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/13\/2020\/02\/Vision.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5359\" src=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/13\/2020\/02\/Vision.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1377\" height=\"918\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Loni prob\u011bhl v\u00a0Mlad\u00e9 Boleslavi diskusn\u00ed panel, kde jsme p\u0159edstavili na\u0161i vizi bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho sou\u017eit\u00ed automobil\u016f a cyklist\u016f na cest\u00e1ch. Report\u00e1\u017e si m\u016f\u017eete p\u0159e\u010d\u00edst v\u00a0tomto <a href=\"https:\/\/www.welovecycling.com\/cs\/2019\/10\/23\/pohoda-a-bezpecno-na-silnicich-mame-recept\/\">\u010dl\u00e1nku.<\/a> Jedna v\u011bc je vid\u011bt jasn\u011b, u\u017e dnes je spousta pr\u00e1ce p\u0159ed n\u00e1mi, ne\u017e budeme moci cesty vyhl\u00e1sit za naprosto bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 pro cyklistiku. Druhou v\u011bc\u00ed pak je, jak se s\u00a0bezpe\u010dnost\u00ed popereme s\u00a0p\u0159\u00edchodem dal\u0161\u00edho elementu v\u00a0podob\u011b samo\u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00edch automobil\u016f?<\/p>\n<h2><b>V\u00fdhody automobil\u016f bez \u0159idi\u010de<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Poj\u010fme si tedy p\u0159edstavit budoucnost, mo\u017en\u00e1 rok 2030, kdy se vozidla s autopilotem ji\u017e mohou b\u011b\u017en\u011b vyskytovat v\u00a0provozu, a setk\u00e1vat se tak s\u00a0lidsk\u00fdmi \u0159idi\u010di, chodci i cyklisty. Budeme p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dat, \u017ee hardwarov\u00e9 i softwarov\u00e9 vybaven\u00ed pro samo\u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed automobily u\u017e je v\u00a0tomto roce n\u00e1sobn\u011b lep\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e to dne\u0161n\u00ed. Jak\u00e9 v\u00fdhody by v\u00a0t\u00e9to smy\u0161len\u00e9 budoucnosti samo\u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed auta mohla pro cyklisty m\u00edt?<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <strong>U\u017e \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd mobil za volantem.<\/strong>\u00a0M\u016f\u017eeme p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dat, \u017ee Facebook, Twitter, Instagram nebo jak\u00e1koli nov\u00e1 soci\u00e1ln\u00ed m\u00e9dia budou daleko efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u00a0z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed na\u0161\u00ed pozornosti v\u00a0roce 2030, ne\u017e \u00a0je tomu dnes. Autopilot v\u0161ak tomuto poku\u0161en\u00ed nepodl\u00e9h\u00e1, nehody z\u00a0tohoto druhu nepozornosti tak nehroz\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/13\/2020\/02\/Vision-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-5360\" src=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/13\/2020\/02\/Vision-1-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n\u2022 <strong>V\u00edce vozidel, kter\u00e1 nespust\u00ed o\u010di z cesty.<\/strong> Samo\u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed auta vid\u00ed cel\u00fdch 360\u00b0 okolo sebe, mohou vyu\u017e\u00edvat kombinaci kamer, detektoru sv\u011btla a radaru, aby byla neust\u00e1le perfektn\u011b informov\u00e1na o sv\u00e9m okol\u00ed. Nemus\u00ed se ohl\u00ed\u017eet, nemrkaj\u00ed a nic je nevyru\u0161\u00ed. Takzvan\u00fd \u201emrtv\u00fd \u00fahel\u201c, kdy \u0159idi\u010d v\u00a0ur\u010dit\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b cyklistu nevid\u00ed, je jedn\u00edm z\u00a0\u010dast\u00fdch d\u016fvod\u016f sr\u00e1\u017eky, jak jsme uk\u00e1zali v\u00a0na\u0161\u00ed kampani \u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/www.welovecycling.com\/cs\/safety\/\">Na kole bezpe\u010dn\u011b<\/a>\u201c. Mrkn\u011bte na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.welovecycling.com\/cs\/2019\/08\/15\/we-love-cycling-mrtvy-uhel\/\">video<\/a>, kter\u00e9 jasn\u011b demonstruje situaci v\u00a0dne\u0161n\u00edm provozu.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <strong>\u201eNeodhadl jsem rychlost cyklisty\u201c u\u017e se nestane.<\/strong> Autopilot nemus\u00ed spol\u00e9hat na odhad a viditelnost, samo\u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed software a hardware mu tak\u0159ka instantn\u011b \u0159ekne p\u0159esnou rychlost cyklisty. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.welovecycling.com\/cs\/2019\/08\/15\/we-love-cycling-viditelnost\/\">Toto video<\/a> demonstruje, jak je pro cyklisty, kte\u0159\u00ed spol\u00e9haj\u00ed na lidsk\u00e9 \u0159idi\u010de, d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 viditelnost.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed infrastruktura.\u00a0<\/strong>Samo\u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed vozidla vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed sv\u00e9 okol\u00ed k\u00a0orientaci a lep\u0161\u00ed infrastruktura, kter\u00e1 jasn\u011bji vyzna\u010duje prostor pro cyklisty, se tak st\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u00fdhodnou pro ob\u011b strany \u2013 auta i j\u00edzdn\u00ed kola. Sd\u00edlen\u00ed jedn\u00e9 cesty bez jasn\u00e9ho zna\u010den\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt dramatick\u00e9 n\u00e1sledky, jak je vid\u011bt v\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.welovecycling.com\/cs\/2019\/08\/15\/we-love-cycling-odbocovani-vpravo\/\">tomto videu<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <strong>V\u00edce disciplinovan\u00fdch \u0159idi\u010d\u016f.\u00a0<\/strong>Samo\u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed auta budou programov\u00e1na tak, aby p\u0159izp\u016fsobila svou j\u00edzdu po\u010das\u00ed a aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed situaci v\u00a0okol\u00ed. Poj\u010fme se ale pod\u00edvat na odvr\u00e1cenou stranu mince. Co se zm\u011bn\u00ed s\u00a0n\u00e1stupem samo\u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00edch vozidel k\u00a0hor\u0161\u00edmu?<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0<strong>Hor\u0161\u00ed dopravn\u00ed z\u00e1cpy.<\/strong>Se samo\u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00edmi auty u\u017e mno\u017estv\u00ed vozidel nebude omezeno po\u010dtem lidsk\u00fdch \u0159idi\u010d\u016f. Zejm\u00e9na dopravn\u00ed spole\u010dnosti se sv\u00fdmi n\u00e1kladn\u00edmi auty a taxislu\u017eby tak v\u00fdrazn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed po\u010det automobil\u016f \u2013 budou si je moci dovolit provozovat kv\u016fli ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm n\u00e1klad\u016fm.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0<strong>Konec lidsk\u00e9 empatie.<\/strong>Cyklist\u00e9 kolikr\u00e1t rad\u011bji sami spadnou, ne\u017e aby v\u011bdom\u011b srazili chodce \u010di zv\u00ed\u0159e na cest\u011b. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 n\u00e1rodnost a kultura m\u00e1 jin\u00e9 hodnoty a t\u011b\u017eko \u0159\u00edci, jak vysoko na \u017eeb\u0159\u00ed\u010dku priorit v\u00a0krizov\u00e9 situaci cyklista nakonec skon\u010d\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Jak\u00fd je tedy verdikt?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Nejsp\u00ed\u0161 si budeme muset po\u010dkat je\u0161t\u011b mnohem d\u00e9le ne\u017e do roku 2030, ne\u017e budeme m\u00edt k\u00a0dispozici infrastrukturu, hardware a software, kter\u00fd umo\u017en\u00ed za\u0159azen\u00ed samo\u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00edch aut do provozu tak, aby to bylo bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 i pro cyklisty. S\u00a0rostouc\u00edm z\u00e1jmem o elektrick\u00e1 kola, elektrick\u00e1 auta a samo\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed celkov\u011b se zd\u00e1, \u017ee motivaci se tam dostat m\u00e1me.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159echod ze sou\u010dasn\u00e9ho dopravn\u00edho sv\u011bta na ten samo\u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed bude velmi n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd, ale pokud se povede, tak je budoucnost silni\u010dn\u00ed cyklistiky opravdu sv\u011btl\u00e1. Ale st\u00e1le m\u00e1me dost \u010dasu u\u010dit se lep\u0161\u00edmu sou\u017eit\u00ed \u0159idi\u010d\u016f a cyklist\u016f na silnic\u00edch, proto\u017ee se v\u00a0provozu po\u0159\u00e1d opakuj\u00ed chyby, ze kter\u00fdch \u010dasto plynou fat\u00e1ln\u00ed n\u00e1sledky. Nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed chyby jsme shrnuli v\u00a0na\u0161\u00ed kampani \u201eNa kole bezpe\u010dn\u011b\u201c.
