V\u00a0ned\u011bli to bude p\u0159esn\u011b 30 let, co sametov\u00e1 revoluce zm\u011bnila re\u017eim v\u00a0tehdej\u0161\u00edm \u010ceskoslovensku.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Jak\u00fd m\u011bl konec re\u017eimu dopad na cyklistiku? A co se za t\u011bch t\u0159icet let zm\u011bnilo k\u00a0lep\u0161\u00edmu \u010di hor\u0161\u00edmu? Na tyto ot\u00e1zky n\u00e1m pomohl odpov\u011bd\u011bt sou\u010dasn\u00fd tren\u00e9r \u010desk\u00e9 reprezentace Tom\u00e1\u0161 Kone\u010dn\u00fd (46).<\/p>\n<p>Jako mlad\u00fd cyklista vyr\u016fstal v\u00a0minul\u00e9m re\u017eimu, ale p\u00e1r let po revoluci se p\u0159es nejlep\u0161\u00ed dom\u00e1c\u00ed t\u00fdm Husqvarna-ZVVZ dok\u00e1zal dostat a\u017e mezi absolutn\u00ed elitu. A\u0165 u\u017e do\u00a0belgick\u00e9ho Domo-Farm Frites, nebo n\u011bmeck\u00e9ho gigantu T-Mobile, kde z\u00e1vodil po boku hv\u011bzd typu Ullricha, Zabela, Evanse \u010di Vinokurova. A cyklista u\u017e v\u016fbec nemohl po\u010d\u00edtat s\u00a0t\u00edm, \u017ee by se tam n\u011bkdy pod\u00edval jako z\u00e1vodn\u00edk. Opona byla zav\u0159en\u00e1 a bylo stra\u0161n\u011b t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 se dostat ven. Dnes jsou ty mo\u017enosti \u00fapln\u011b jin\u00e9. \u010clov\u011bk za\u010dne z\u00e1vodit na kole, odmala m\u016f\u017ee v\u00a0televizi sledovat nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1vody sv\u011bta a z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed jen na n\u011bm, jestli se n\u011bkam dostane, nebo ne. \u0160anci m\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00fd a je jen na n\u011bm \u010di na n\u00ed, jak s\u00a0n\u00ed nalo\u017e\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Odej\u00edt ven za bol\u0161evika? V\u011bt\u0161inou utopie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Za minul\u00e9ho re\u017eimu to s\u00a0odchody do zahrani\u010d\u00ed bylo podobn\u00e9 jako t\u0159eba ve fotbale. \u010clov\u011bk musel dovr\u0161it t\u0159ic\u00edtku, k\u00a0tomu b\u00fdt v\u00a0reprezentaci. Kdy\u017e byl jako sportovec skoro za zenitem, tak ho p\u0159i ide\u00e1ln\u00ed konstelaci pustili ven. A up\u0159\u00edmn\u011b: dostat se n\u011bkam ve t\u0159iceti jako nov\u00e1\u010dek a budovat si pozici vedle hv\u011bzd od nuly, to je hodn\u011b t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9. T\u0159eba Jirka \u0160koda byl jeden z\u00a0nejlep\u0161\u00edch amat\u00e9r\u016f, a kdyby mohl k\u00a0prof\u00edk\u016fm odej\u00edt d\u0159\u00edv, ur\u010dit\u011b by daleko v\u00edc z\u00e1\u0159il i tam. Jen\u017ee pravidla byla jasn\u011b nastavena. I kdy\u017e se tam n\u011bkdo dostal, musel nejd\u0159\u00edv polykat prach jako domestik, a kdy\u017e se osv\u011bd\u010dil, teprve pak mohl jet n\u011bjak\u00e9 z\u00e1vody i s\u00e1m na sebe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Koupit \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00e9 kolo se nedalo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Co se t\u00fd\u010de cyklomateri\u00e1lu, za minul\u00e9ho re\u017eimu bylo daleko t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed v\u0161echno sh\u00e1n\u011bt. Existovaly Dom\u00e1c\u00ed pot\u0159eby nebo Kovomaty, kam se ob\u010das dostaly n\u011bjak\u00e9 kvalitn\u00ed komponenty t\u0159eba od Shimana a p\u0159es zn\u00e1mosti se daly sehnat. Ale j\u00edt do obchodu, vybrat si kolo, jak\u00e9 chci, to byla utopie.<\/p>\n<p>Velmi dobr\u00fd materi\u00e1l byl u n\u00e1s jen v\u00a0p\u00e1r odd\u00edlech, kam se dostali opravdu jen ti nejlep\u0161\u00ed. Za minul\u00e9ho re\u017eimu v\u00fdborn\u011b fungovala tr\u00e9ninkov\u00e1 st\u0159ediska ml\u00e1de\u017ee pro kadety a st\u0159ediska vrcholov\u00e9ho sportu pro juniory. Kdy\u017e byl \u010dlov\u011bk dobr\u00fd, mohl pak v\u00a0mu\u017e\u00edch j\u00edt bu\u010f do Rud\u00e9 hv\u011bzdy Plze\u0148, nebo Dukly Brno. To byly u n\u00e1s v\u00a0podstat\u011b jedin\u00e9 dva odd\u00edly na dne\u0161n\u00ed profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00farovni. Ale ten syst\u00e9m od ml\u00e1de\u017ee fungoval v\u00fdborn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p><strong>N\u00e1rodn\u00ed hrdinov\u00e9 ze Z\u00e1vodu m\u00edru<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pro cyklistu v\u00a0tehdej\u0161\u00edm \u010ceskoslovensku byla maximem reprezentace. V\u0161e bylo centr\u00e1ln\u011b \u0159\u00edzen\u00e9, na z\u00e1vody do zahrani\u010dn\u00ed se vyj\u00ed\u017ed\u011blo jen pod hlavi\u010dkou n\u00e1rodn\u00edho t\u00fdmu. Kdy\u017e se tam \u010dlov\u011bk dostal, taky nafasoval velmi dobr\u00fd materi\u00e1l.<\/p>\n<p>Vrcholem pro amat\u00e9ry byl Z\u00e1vod m\u00edru. Se\u0161la se tam v\u017edy skv\u011bl\u00e1 konkurence, hlavn\u011b od cyklist\u016f z\u00a0b\u00fdval\u00e9ho SSSR, NDR nebo Polska. \u0158ada z\u00a0t\u011bch z\u00e1vodn\u00edk\u016f se pak je\u0161t\u011b prosadila i u profesion\u00e1l\u016f. Nejlep\u0161\u00ed Francouzi se chystali jako na vrchol sez\u00f3ny na Tour de France, nejlep\u0161\u00ed na\u0161i kluci zase na Z\u00e1vod m\u00edru. Byl to strop, kter\u00fd moc ne\u0161lo p\u0159ekro\u010dit.<\/p>\n<p>Na druhou stranu je t\u0159eba si \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee ten z\u00e1vod m\u011bl u n\u00e1s obrovskou popularitu, medi\u00e1ln\u00ed pozornost a sledovanost. A \u00fasp\u011bchy na n\u011bm byly vid\u011bt v\u0161ude. Kdy\u017e byl \u010dlov\u011bk dobr\u00fd, mohl se t\u0159eba d\u00edky cyklistice dostat ke st\u00e1tn\u00edmu bytu. Kdo vyhr\u00e1l etapu na Z\u00e1vodu m\u00edru, byl skoro n\u00e1rodn\u00ed hrdina. Pomalu se mu stav\u011bl pomn\u00edk. Pokud byl veden jako voj\u00e1k, hned se povy\u0161oval do vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hodnosti. Ale ze sportovn\u00edho hlediska to prost\u011b po\u0159\u00e1d nebyla top cyklistika.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00a0prof\u00edky na Aveniru<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cyklist\u00e9 v\u00fdchodn\u00edho bloku p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b obj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bli jen z\u00e1vody se statutem amat\u00e9rsk\u00fdch a mo\u017enost\u00ed potkat se s\u00a0tehdej\u0161\u00edmi profesion\u00e1ly bylo m\u00e1lo. V\u00fdjimkou byl t\u0159eba etap\u00e1k Tour de l&#8217;Avenir. Jen\u017ee \u0159ada t\u011bch prof\u00edk\u016f to brala sp\u00ed\u0161 za trest, proto\u017ee m\u011bli jin\u00e9 d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1vody. Ale po\u0159\u00e1d to jist\u00e1 konfrontace byla. T\u0159eba m\u016fj idol Venca Toman tam v\u00a0roce 1988 skon\u010dil \u010dtvrt\u00fd, vyhr\u00e1l legend\u00e1rn\u00ed Francouz Laurent Fignon, tehdy u\u017e dvojn\u00e1sobn\u00fd v\u00edt\u011bz Tour de France. Va\u0161ek tam s\u00a0n\u00edm bojoval v\u00a0kopc\u00edch a byl schopen konkurovat t\u011bm nejlep\u0161\u00edm prof\u00edk\u016fm. Kdyby dostal v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u0161anci venku, prosadil by se i na t\u011bch nejlep\u0161\u00edch z\u00e1vodech.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Spojen\u00ed amat\u00e9r\u016f a profesion\u00e1l\u016f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>P\u00e1r let po revoluci, konkr\u00e9tn\u011b od 1. ledna 1996, do\u0161lo ke slou\u010den\u00ed amat\u00e9rsk\u00e9ho i profesion\u00e1ln\u00edho pelotonu. Mezi profesion\u00e1ly rychle vlet\u011bli nejlep\u0161\u00ed Rusov\u00e9, Pol\u00e1ci a dal\u0161\u00ed. Uk\u00e1zalo se, \u017ee lidi z\u00a0V\u00fdchodu byli stejn\u011b dob\u0159\u00ed. Jen chvilku trvalo, ne\u017e se nastavili na jinou d\u00e9lku t\u011bch z\u00e1vod\u016f, proto\u017ee u profesion\u00e1l\u016f byly del\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Kvalit\u011b cyklistiky to slou\u010den\u00ed ur\u010dit\u011b prosp\u011blo, ale najednou se dv\u011b kategorie spojily do jedn\u00e9 a m\u00edst u profesion\u00e1l\u016f bylo po\u0159\u00e1d stejn\u011b. Dostali se tam jen ti nejlep\u0161\u00ed amat\u00e9\u0159i. Nebo \u010dlov\u011bk musel proj\u00edt postupnou cestou p\u0159es jin\u00e9 dobr\u00e9 t\u00fdmy, kter\u00e9 byl schopen postavit v\u00fdchodn\u00ed blok. A\u0165 to byl t\u0159eba u n\u00e1s Jirka \u017den\u00ed\u0161ek, co\u017e byl m\u016fj p\u0159\u00edpad, nebo polsk\u00e1 st\u00e1j Mroz. Ale i tam musel b\u00fdt z\u00e1vodn\u00edk hodn\u011b dobr\u00fd a n\u011bco zajet, jinak \u0161ance dostat se k\u00a0prof\u00edk\u016fm ven nebyla.<\/p>\n<p><em>Pozn. Tehdy si \u010dlov\u011bk musel tu cestu vy\u0161lapat s\u00e1m a p\u0159i\u0161lo mi, \u017ee si v\u0161eho v\u00edc v\u00e1\u017eil. A\u0165 u\u017e to byl materi\u00e1l nebo anga\u017em\u00e1 v\u00a0n\u011bjak\u00e9m t\u00fdmu. Kdy\u017e dneska \u010dasto vid\u00edm ty mlad\u00e9&#8230; Sta\u010d\u00ed, aby m\u011bli bohat\u00e9ho t\u00e1tu, a maj\u00ed u\u017e v\u00a0\u00fatl\u00e9m v\u011bku nejlep\u0161\u00ed kolo na sv\u011bt\u011b, ale probl\u00e9m je v\u00a0tom, \u017ee \u010dasto necht\u011bj\u00ed tr\u00e9novat. U\u017e tolik lid\u00ed ta d\u0159ina odradila&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Cyklistika je d\u0159ina a d\u011bti se dnes necht\u011bj\u00ed tolik tr\u00e1pit. P\u0159ibyla spousta nov\u00fdch sport\u016f, doba p\u0159inesla po\u010d\u00edta\u010de, mobily. To v\u0161echno ub\u00edr\u00e1 z\u00e1kladnu. Spousta d\u011bt\u00ed m\u00e1 virtu\u00e1ln\u00ed idoly v\u00a0po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b, a ne ty re\u00e1ln\u00e9. J\u00e1 si kdysi vyst\u0159ihoval fotky cyklist\u016f ze Z\u00e1vodu m\u00edru z\u00a0tehdej\u0161\u00edho Rud\u00e9ho pr\u00e1va, ale tomu u\u017e by se dneska d\u011bti asi sm\u00e1ly.
