Co je na tom pravdy? A co kdybychom cukr nahradili medem? Je mo\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee med ve strav\u011b cyklisty ud\u011bl\u00e1 lep\u0161\u00ed slu\u017ebu ne\u017e b\u011b\u017en\u00fd b\u00edl\u00fd cukr, ani\u017e by po\u0161kodil zdrav\u00ed?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><b>Med a cukr jako sou\u010d\u00e1st sportovn\u00ed stravy<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Pokud budeme uva\u017eovat o medu jako n\u00e1hrad\u011b za cukr, tak mus\u00ed m\u00edt p\u0159inejmen\u0161\u00edm stejn\u011b p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky na sportovn\u00ed v\u00fdkonnost jako cukr. Toto t\u00e9ma se rozhodli prozkoumat ji\u017e auto\u0159i studie z\u00a0roku 2004. Vybrali dev\u011bt v\u00fdkonnostn\u00edch cyklist\u016f, kter\u00e9 nechali pod dohledem odjet 65 km dlouh\u00fd z\u00e1vod. Na za\u010d\u00e1tku a po ka\u017ed\u00fdch 16 km dost\u00e1vali jednu ze t\u0159\u00ed sva\u010din \u2013 med, dextr\u00f3zu (jednoduch\u00fd cukr), nebo placebo. Ke konci z\u00e1vodu byli cyklist\u00e9 s\u00a0placebo sva\u010dinou schopni vyprodukovat m\u00e9n\u011b watt\u016f a byli celkov\u011b pomalej\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e ti se sva\u010dinou s\u00a0cukrem \u010di medem. Mezi cukrem a medem v\u0161ak nebyly velk\u00e9 rozd\u00edly, tak\u017ee lze \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee z\u00a0hlediska v\u00fdkonnosti m\u016f\u017ee med ud\u011blat podobnou slu\u017ebu jako cukr.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Co maj\u00ed spole\u010dn\u00e9ho a v\u00a0\u010dem se li\u0161\u00ed?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>B\u00edl\u00fd cukr i med obsahuj\u00ed rychl\u00e9 cukry, jak ji\u017e n\u00e1zev napov\u00edd\u00e1. Ve 100 g b\u00edl\u00e9ho cukru najdeme tak\u0159ka 100 g jednoduch\u00fdch cukr\u016f, ve 100 g medu v\u0161ak jen okolo 82 g cukr\u016f, zbytek tvo\u0159\u00ed voda a stopov\u00e9 prvky. Mezi stopov\u00e9 prvky v\u00a0tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pat\u0159\u00ed \u0159ada vitam\u00edn\u016f a miner\u00e1l\u016f v\u00a0\u010dele s \u017eelezem, zinkem a vitam\u00ednem B2. Pokud byste v\u0161ak cht\u011bli medem pokr\u00fdt nap\u0159\u00edklad denn\u00ed d\u00e1vku \u017eeleza, museli byste jej sn\u00edst okolo 3 kg, co\u017e bohu\u017eel znamen\u00e1, \u017ee v\u00a0praxi med ani cukr dobr\u00fdm zdrojem t\u011bchto mikro\u017eivin nejsou. Med m\u00e1 ale v\u00a0z\u00e1loze je\u0161t\u011b jeden trumf, a t\u00edm jsou antioxidanty.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Med obsahuje antioxidanty<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Med na rozd\u00edl od b\u00edl\u00e9ho cukru obsahuje ur\u010dit\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed polyfenol\u016f, co\u017e je skupina \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdch antioxidant\u016f. Antioxidanty jsou d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 zejm\u00e9na pro velmi aktivn\u00ed cyklisty. \u010c\u00edm del\u0161\u00ed a n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed fyzick\u00e1 aktivita, t\u00edm v\u00edce voln\u00fdch radik\u00e1l\u016f se v\u00a0t\u011ble tvo\u0159\u00ed a t\u00edm se zvy\u0161uj\u00ed i n\u00e1roky t\u011bla na jejich odstran\u011bn\u00ed. Zda je med dostate\u010dn\u011b \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdm antioxidantem i p\u0159i sportu, se rozhodli zjistit v\u00fdzkumn\u00edci z\u00a0N\u011bmecka ve studii z\u00a0roku 2016. Vybrali 24 cyklist\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed po dobu 16 t\u00fddn\u016f pravideln\u011b tr\u00e9novali ve st\u0159edn\u00ed a\u017e vysok\u00e9 intenzit\u011b. Jedna skupina tr\u00e9novala bez suplementace a druh\u00e1 dostala 70 g, cca 3 pol\u00e9vkov\u00e9 l\u017e\u00edce, medu v\u017edy 90 minut p\u0159ed tr\u00e9ninkem.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_585\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-585\" style=\"width: 1024px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/13\/2019\/02\/profimedia-0295025648-cover.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-585\" src=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/13\/2019\/02\/profimedia-0295025648-cover-1024x447.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"447\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-585\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Je v\u011bdecky dok\u00e1z\u00e1no, \u017ee cyklisti bez cukru vyprodukuj\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b watt\u016f ne\u017e ti, kte\u0159\u00ed b\u011bhem j\u00edzdy u\u017eij\u00ed med \u010di cukr.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>U skupiny, kter\u00e1 dost\u00e1vala med, pozorovali men\u0161\u00ed oxida\u010dn\u00ed stres a ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed po\u0161kozen\u00ed DNA, co\u017e v\u00fdzkumn\u00edci p\u0159isuzuj\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b obsahu antioxidant\u016f. Med m\u00e1 tedy v\u00a0tomto ohledu navrch nad b\u00edl\u00fdm cukrem. Ot\u00e1zkou ale z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1, zda nen\u00ed efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edt nap\u0159\u00edklad bor\u016fvky nebo k\u00e1vu. Jejich antioxida\u010dn\u00ed schopnost vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00e1 metodou ORAC je 4 668 na 100 g bor\u016fvek a 2 780 pro k\u00e1vu, med dosahuje pouze hodnotu okolo 130.<\/p>\n<p>O spojen\u00ed k\u00e1vy a cyklistiky si m\u016f\u017eete p\u0159e\u010d\u00edst v\u00a0na\u0161em \u010dl\u00e1nku <a href=\"https:\/\/www.welovecycling.com\/cs\/2019\/02\/06\/proc-cyklisti-piji-tolik-kavy\/\">Pro\u010d cyklisti pij\u00ed tolik k\u00e1vy?<\/a><\/p>\n<h2><b>Jak\u00fd maj\u00ed dopad na zdrav\u00ed?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Vliv konzumace medu a b\u00edl\u00e9ho cukru na zdrav\u00ed mimo sportovn\u00ed aktivitu objas\u0148uje studie z\u00a0roku 2015, kde v\u00fdzkumn\u00edci pod\u00e1vali \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016fm 50 g medu, b\u00edl\u00e9ho cukru, nebo frukt\u00f3zov\u00e9ho sirupu ka\u017ed\u00fd den po dobu dvou t\u00fddn\u016f. Celkov\u011b pak v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b v\u0161ech t\u0159\u00ed sladidel zaznamenali velmi podobn\u00e9 zhor\u0161en\u00ed v\u00a0hodnot\u00e1ch krevn\u00edch triglycerid\u016f, krevn\u00edho tlaku, celkov\u00e9 v\u00e1hy, v\u00fdkyv\u016f cukru v\u00a0krvi a marker\u016f z\u00e1n\u011btlivosti. Z\u00a0hlediska fyziologick\u00e9 reakce na konzumaci sladidel jsou si b\u00edl\u00fd cukr i med rovny.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Jak\u00fd je verdikt?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Med poslou\u017e\u00ed jako rychl\u00fd zdroje energie na kole a oproti b\u00edl\u00e9mu cukru nav\u00edc nab\u00eddne i n\u011bjak\u00e9 antioxidanty. Celkov\u011b v\u0161ak med p\u016fsob\u00ed na t\u011blo velice podobn\u011b jako jak\u00e9koli jin\u00e9 koncentrovan\u00e9 sladidlo, a tak bychom k\u00a0n\u011bmu m\u011bli i p\u0159istupovat. P\u0159i n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9m tr\u00e9ninku \u010di z\u00e1vod\u011b najde sv\u00e9 uplatn\u011bn\u00ed. V\u00a0b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 strav\u011b bychom v\u0161ak m\u011bli d\u00e1vat pozor na jeho mno\u017estv\u00ed. Sv\u011btov\u00e1 zdravotnick\u00e1 organizace doporu\u010duje p\u0159\u00edjem p\u0159idan\u00e9ho cukru dr\u017eet pod 10 % celkov\u00e9ho energetick\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edjmu.
