Poj\u010fme se pod\u00edvat, jak je to mo\u017en\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Spr\u00e1vn\u00fd v\u00fdb\u011br hudby<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Auto\u0159i nov\u00e9 studie publikovan\u00e9 v\u00a0roce 2019 v\u00a0\u010dasopise Psychology of Sport and Exercise si vzali za c\u00edl prozkoumat fyziologick\u00e9 a psychick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky motiva\u010dn\u00ed hudby p\u0159i sprintov\u00e9m intervalov\u00e9m tr\u00e9ninku (SIT). V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci nejprve sestavili panel dosp\u011bl\u00fdch dobrovoln\u00edk\u016f, jim\u017e dali za \u00fakol zhodnotit motiva\u010dn\u00ed vlastnosti 16 skladeb s\u00a0rychl\u00fdm tempem. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee dok\u00e1\u017ee odv\u00e9st pozornost od fyziologick\u00fdch reakc\u00ed t\u011bla na fyzickou aktivitu, jako je zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fd srde\u010dn\u00ed tep nebo svalov\u00e1 bolest,\u201c<\/em> \u0159ekl Matthew Stork, postdoktorand ze School of Health and Exercise Sciences na univerzit\u011b UBC Okanagan. <em>\u201ePokud jde o cvi\u010den\u00ed ve vysok\u00e9 intenzit\u011b, tak se zd\u00e1, \u017ee je nejefektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed hudba s\u00a0rychl\u00fdm tempem, kter\u00e1 je vysoce motiva\u010dn\u00ed.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<h2><strong>T\u0159i dvacetivte\u0159inov\u00e9 sprinty<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Studie se \u00fa\u010dastnilo 24 dosp\u011bl\u00fdch s\u00a0nedostate\u010dnou fyzickou aktivitou, 12 mu\u017e\u016f a 12 \u017een, kte\u0159\u00ed nem\u011bli p\u0159edchoz\u00ed zku\u0161enosti se SIT. Dostali za \u00fakol prov\u00e9st t\u0159i sety SIT, ka\u017ed\u00fd za jin\u00fdch podm\u00ednek: s\u00a0motiva\u010dn\u00ed hudbou, s\u00a0podcastem bez hudby a zcela bez doprovodn\u00e9ho zvuku. Ka\u017ed\u00fd set trval p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 10 minut a skl\u00e1dal se z\u00a0rozeh\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed na za\u010d\u00e1tku, t\u0159\u00ed dvacetivte\u0159inov\u00fdch sprint\u016f odd\u011blen\u00fdch kr\u00e1tk\u00fdmi pauzami a vychladnut\u00ed na konci.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Cvi\u010den\u00ed s\u00a0hudbou si u\u017eili daleko v\u00edce<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00da\u010dastn\u00edci uv\u00e1d\u011bli, \u017ee m\u011bli z intervalov\u00e9ho tr\u00e9ninku ve vysok\u00e9 intenzit\u011b p\u0159i poslechu hudby mnohem v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed radost.
