B\u011bhem tr\u00e9ninku doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed t\u011blesn\u00e9ho j\u00e1dra i povrchu t\u011bla. Prim\u00e1rn\u011b jsou tr\u00e9ninky aerobn\u00ed, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e na profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00farovni za\u0159azuj\u00ed jezdci i vysoce intenzivn\u00ed tr\u00e9nink. Nev\u00fdhodou je pochopiteln\u011b zdravotn\u00ed riziko p\u0159i n\u00e1sledn\u00e9m tr\u00e9ninku. Na\u010dasov\u00e1n\u00ed mus\u00ed b\u00fdt velmi p\u0159esn\u011b pl\u00e1nov\u00e1no. Jednak z d\u016fvodu hrozby onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, a pak pochopiteln\u011b kv\u016fli spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 regeneraci a hydrataci.<\/p>\n<p>Odborn\u00edci nedoporu\u010duj\u00ed absolvov\u00e1n\u00ed aklimatiza\u010dn\u00edho bloku na vedro, a\u0165 u\u017e aktivn\u00edho nebo pasivn\u00edho, t\u011bsn\u011b p\u0159ed z\u00e1vody. Princip by m\u011bl b\u00fdt podobn\u00fd tomu, jako kdy\u017e profesion\u00e1lov\u00e9 jezd\u00ed na vysokohorsk\u00e1 soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Vedro ub\u00edr\u00e1 jednotky procent<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Podle laboratorn\u00edch studi\u00ed vedro <a href=\"https:\/\/www.welovecycling.com\/cs\/2025\/08\/15\/kolabujici-cykliste-spaleni-o-asfalt-kdyz-vedro-zastavit-zavod\/\">p\u0159esahuj\u00edc\u00ed t\u0159icet stup\u0148\u016f<\/a> ub\u00edr\u00e1 cyklist\u016fm z v\u00fdkonu jednotky procent.
