Jen\u017ee je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed p\u00e1r des\u00edtkami let by n\u011bco takov\u00e9ho p\u016fsobilo jako sci-fi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Po v\u011bt\u0161inu 20. stolet\u00ed se toti\u017e cyklist\u00e9 museli spokojit s \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm, kter\u00e9 bylo stejn\u011b jednoduch\u00e9 jako nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9: kovov\u00e1 klec, skrze ni provle\u010den\u00fd ko\u017een\u00fd \u0159em\u00ednek a s n\u00ed pevn\u011b uta\u017een\u00e1 bota. Aby jezdec nep\u0159i\u0161el o v\u00fdkon, musel si nohu doslova p\u0159ikurtovat k ped\u00e1lu. V\u00fdsledkem byl sice solidn\u00ed p\u0159enos s\u00edly, ale tak\u00e9 permanentn\u00ed riziko.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Revoluci odstartoval Hinault<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Zastavit na posledn\u00ed chv\u00edli? Probl\u00e9m. Spadnout v bal\u00edku? Je\u0161t\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9m. Mnoz\u00ed z\u00e1vodn\u00edci kon\u010dili na zemi neschopn\u00ed se zvednout, uv\u011bzn\u011bn\u00ed ve vlastn\u00edm stroji. A kdy\u017e po zb\u011bsil\u00e9m sprintu v\u00edt\u011bz pro\u0165al c\u00edlovou \u010d\u00e1ru v rychlosti 70 kilometr\u016f v hodin\u011b, na oslavn\u00e9 m\u00e1ch\u00e1n\u00ed pa\u017eemi m\u011bl jen chv\u00edli. Pak musel rukou \u0161\u00e1trat sm\u011brem k tretr\u00e1m, aby botu uvolnil a nerozbil si nos.<\/p>\n<p>Takhle by to mohlo pokra\u010dovat je\u0161t\u011b dlouho, ale do cyklistiky pros\u00e1kl n\u00e1pad ze sv\u011bta ly\u017e\u00ed. Zlom nastal v polovin\u011b 80. let, kdy francouzsk\u00e1 zna\u010dka Look, zn\u00e1m\u00e1 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v\u00fdrobou ly\u017ea\u0159sk\u00fdch v\u00e1z\u00e1n\u00ed, p\u0159i\u0161la s my\u0161lenkou p\u0159en\u00e9st princip automatick\u00e9ho uchycen\u00ed boty i na kolo. V roce 1984 p\u0159edstavila takzvan\u00fd \u201ebezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed ped\u00e1l\u201c. Princip byl geni\u00e1ln\u011b jednoduch\u00fd: sta\u010dilo zatla\u010dit zar\u00e1\u017eku p\u0159i\u0161roubovanou k bot\u011b do t\u011bla ped\u00e1lu \u2013 cvak \u2013 a tretra dr\u017eela. Technick\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed ale nevzniklo na koleni, navazovalo na d\u0159\u00edv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1pady a v\u00fdvoj in\u017een\u00fdr\u016f Looku i odkaz zakladatele zna\u010dky Jeana Beyla.<\/p>\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00e1 revoluce ale pot\u0159ebuje sv\u00e9ho ambasadora. V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b se j\u00edm stal p\u011btin\u00e1sobn\u00fd v\u00edt\u011bz Tour de France Bernard Hinault. Stejn\u00e9 to bylo p\u00e1r let nazp\u011bt v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b kotou\u010dov\u00fdch brzd, bez kter\u00fdch u\u017e si dnes kolo um\u00ed p\u0159edstavit m\u00e1lokdo. Jen\u017ee v\u00fdhody novinkov\u00fdch ped\u00e1l\u016f byly p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 z\u0159ejm\u00e9: rychl\u00e9 a bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 upnut\u00ed\/vypnut\u00ed, stabiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed spojen\u00ed nohy s ped\u00e1lem, efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159enos s\u00edly. A nakonec tak\u00e9 p\u0159e\u0161la.<\/p>\n<p>Dopad novinky byl \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e se \u010dekalo. Ne\u0161lo jen o ped\u00e1ly. Dnes pat\u0159\u00ed mezi nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed konkurenty japonsk\u00fd gigant Shimano nebo francouzsk\u00e1 zna\u010dka Time, dost mo\u017en\u00e1 jste zaslechli i jm\u00e9na jako Wahoo nebo Speedplay.<\/p>\n<p>Od prvn\u00edho modelu Looku s n\u00e1zvem PP65 se technologie v\u00fdrazn\u011b posunula. Materi\u00e1ly jsou leh\u010d\u00ed, konstrukce efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, kovov\u00e9 pru\u017einy nahradily karbonov\u00e9 lamely.
