Gut training alias tr\u00e9nink st\u0159ev m\u00e1 jedin\u00fd c\u00edl: nau\u010dit organismus zvl\u00e1dnout enormn\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed cukr\u016f bez za\u017e\u00edvac\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f. Stejn\u011b jako se tr\u00e9nuj\u00ed svaly, tr\u00e9nuje se i schopnost t\u011bla vst\u0159eb\u00e1vat energii.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Strop je 140 gram\u016f sacharid\u016f za hodinu<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Zat\u00edmco d\u0159\u00edve bylo b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 p\u0159ijmout kolem 60 gram\u016f sacharid\u016f za hodinu v\u00fdkonu, dnes se profesion\u00e1lov\u00e9 b\u011b\u017en\u011b dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed na 120 gram\u016f. Absolutn\u00ed strop se pohybuje zhruba kolem 140 gram\u016f, kde u\u017e za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed limity st\u0159evn\u00edch transportn\u00edch mechanism\u016f.
