Ty ale v b\u011bhu \u00fapln\u011b nena\u017eeneme. Pom\u011br je sice jin\u00fd, hodina b\u011bhu znamen\u00e1 1,5 n\u00e1sobek hodiny na kole, ale zkuste si j\u00edt zab\u011bhat na dv\u011b hodiny, aby v\u00e1m to vyrovnalo t\u0159i hodiny kola.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e b\u011b\u017e\u00edme, je frekvence o n\u011bco ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e u \u0161lap\u00e1n\u00ed na kole, ale naopak m\u00e1me p\u0159i b\u011bhu zapojeno v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed svalov\u00fdch skupin. Pak b\u011bh stejn\u011b jako jin\u00e9 sportovn\u00ed aktivity do p\u0159\u00edpravy jednozna\u010dn\u011b pat\u0159\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>B\u011bhem \u201eobecn\u00e9 kondi\u010dn\u00ed\u201c f\u00e1ze tr\u00e9ninku opravdu nez\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na tom, jak se udr\u017e\u00edte v kondici. Pokud v tu chv\u00edli zvol\u00edte b\u011bh, m\u016f\u017ee to va\u0161\u00ed cyklistice prosp\u011bt. Av\u0161ak b\u011bh v nespr\u00e1vnou ro\u010dn\u00ed dobu m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt opa\u010dn\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinek a m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017ekou va\u0161eho v\u00fdkonu na kole. Tak\u017ee b\u011bhat ano, ale s rozumem, ve spr\u00e1vnou dobu a hlavn\u011b v\u011bd\u011bt pro\u010d.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>B\u011bh vyhled\u00e1vaj\u00ed i profesion\u00e1lov\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>S b\u011bhem prof\u00edk\u016f je to jinak a v\u00fdrazn\u011b z\u00e1visl\u00e9 na jejich sportovn\u00ed historii. Traduje se, \u017ee kdy\u017e aerolinky ztratily exprof\u00edkovi Adamu Hansenovi, Australanovi, co \u017eije v Beskydech, na t\u00fdden nebo \u010dtrn\u00e1ct dn\u016f kolo, tak on si vzal trepky a b\u011bhal. A nijak v\u00fdrazn\u011b mu to neu\u0161kodilo. On ale v minulosti d\u011blal triatlon. Tak\u00e9 b\u00fdval\u00ed cyklokrosa\u0159i nemaj\u00ed probl\u00e9m j\u00edt se prob\u011bhnout.
