Prvn\u00ed Tour se v\u0161ak konala ji\u017e v\u00a0roce 1903. Kde je tedy chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00edch 11 ro\u010dn\u00edk\u016f? V\u00fdpadek maj\u00ed na sv\u011bdom\u00ed sv\u011btov\u00e9 v\u00e1lky. V\u00a0tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku se pod\u00edv\u00e1me na to, jak v\u00e1le\u010dn\u00e9 konflikty ovlivnily historii t\u00e9to sv\u011btov\u00e9 sportovn\u00ed ud\u00e1losti.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Prvn\u00ed sv\u011btov\u00e1 v\u00e1lka<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>N\u011bmecko vyhl\u00e1silo v\u00e1lku Francii t\u00fdden pot\u00e9, co si Philippe Thys dojel pro v\u00edt\u011bzstv\u00ed v\u00a0posledn\u00ed etap\u011b Tour de France v\u00a0roce 1914. T\u00edm se stal i posledn\u00edm \u0161ampi\u00f3nem v\u00a0n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch \u010dty\u0159ech letech, kdy se Tour konat nemohla. Obdob\u00ed 1915\u20131918 v\u0161ak neznamenalo jen pauzu v\u00a0z\u00e1vod\u011bn\u00ed. Prvn\u00ed sv\u011btov\u00e1 v\u00e1lka m\u011bla devastuj\u00edc\u00ed dopad na z\u00e1vodn\u00edky, j\u00edzdn\u00ed kola i samotn\u00e9 trat\u011b Tour.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e1le\u010dn\u00fd konflikt zanechal silni\u010dn\u00ed syst\u00e9m Francie v\u00a0opravdu zoufal\u00e9m stavu. Jezdci se museli v prvn\u00ed pov\u00e1le\u010dn\u00e9 Tour pot\u00fdkat s\u00a0poni\u010den\u00fdmi cestami a pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 rychlost t\u00e9to Tour klesla na pouh\u00fdch 24,056 km\/h, co\u017e je dodnes nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed rychlost v\u00a0historii. V\u00e1lka postihla tak\u00e9 v\u00fdrobce j\u00edzdn\u00edch kol, kte\u0159\u00ed nebyli schopni sponzorovat cyklistick\u00e9 t\u00fdmy jako p\u0159ed v\u00e1lkou. V\u00fdrobci se v\u0161ak rozhodli spolupracovat a podpo\u0159it cyklisty jako jednotlivce. V\u0161ichni z\u00e1vodn\u00edci tak startovali pod jm\u00e9nem &#8222;La Sportive&#8220; ve stejn\u00fdch \u0161ed\u00fdch dresech. T\u0159i b\u00fdval\u00ed \u0161ampi\u00f3ni Tour de France, Lucien Petit-Breton, Fran\u00e7ois Faber a Octave Lapize, se bohu\u017eel z\u00a0v\u00e1le\u010dn\u00e9 fronty nevr\u00e1tili. Na start prvn\u00ed pov\u00e1le\u010dn\u00e9 Tour v\u00a0roce 1919 se postavilo pouze 86 z\u00e1vodn\u00edk\u016f. Z\u00e1vod za\u010dal pouh\u00fdch sedm m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f po skon\u010den\u00ed v\u00e1lky, tak\u017ee nebylo p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 prostoru pro tr\u00e9nink, a proto chyb\u011bli i nov\u00e1\u010dci. Organiz\u00e1to\u0159i se rozhodli, \u017ee jezdce nebudou \u0161et\u0159it, cel\u00e1 trasa m\u011b\u0159ila neuv\u011b\u0159iteln\u00fdch 5 560 km, za celou historii byla del\u0161\u00ed jen Tour v\u00a0roce 1926. T\u0159in\u00e1ct\u00e9 pokra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed tohoto legend\u00e1rn\u00edho z\u00e1vodu pozvedlo pov\u00e1le\u010dnou n\u00e1ladu, fanou\u0161ci jej p\u0159ijali s\u00a0nad\u0161en\u00edm, a tradice tak pokra\u010dovala.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Druh\u00e1 sv\u011btov\u00e1 v\u00e1lka<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>P\u0159iost\u0159uj\u00edc\u00ed se politick\u00e1 situace v\u00a0Evrop\u011b ovlivnila ji\u017e p\u0159edv\u00e1le\u010dnou Tour v\u00a0roce 1939, kdy It\u00e1lie, N\u011bmecko a \u0160pan\u011blsko odm\u00edtly poslat sv\u00e9 t\u00fdmy do Francie. Jeden z\u00a0favorit\u016f, Ital Gino Bartali, kter\u00fd by obhajoval v\u00edt\u011bzstv\u00ed z\u00a0roku 1938, tak p\u0159i\u0161el o mo\u017enost utkat se o posledn\u00ed titul Tour de France pro n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch 7 let.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3168\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3168\" style=\"width: 980px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/13\/2019\/07\/Bartali.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3168\" src=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/13\/2019\/07\/Bartali.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"980\" height=\"552\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-3168\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">1937: Gino Bartali na Galibieru. Invaze N\u011bmecka a propuknut\u00ed sv\u011btov\u00e9 v\u00e1lky v\u0161ak jej\u00ed kon\u00e1n\u00ed znemo\u017enilo. Zakladatel Tour Henri Desgrange zem\u0159el v toce 1940 a i p\u0159es snahy jeho n\u00e1stupce Jacques Goddeta v\u00a0Tour pokra\u010dovat a zachovat sport neutr\u00e1ln\u00edm, se Tour b\u011bhem v\u00e1lky zorganizovat nepoda\u0159ilo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1941<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0roce 1941 m\u011bli N\u011bmci z\u00e1jem, aby se Tour konala. Prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm novin Paris-Soir, kter\u00e9 ovl\u00e1dali, cht\u011bli p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dit list L&#8217;Auto, aby Tour zorganizoval. \u0160\u00e9fredaktor Jacques Goddet v\u0161ak odm\u00edtl.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1942<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0tomto roce N\u011bmci takt\u00e9\u017e usilovali o kon\u00e1n\u00ed Tour v\u00a0r\u00e1mci snahy o zachov\u00e1n\u00ed norm\u00e1ln\u00edho chodu v\u011bc\u00ed pro obyvatele okupovan\u00e9ho severu Francie. Nab\u00edzeli dokonce otev\u0159en\u00ed hranice mezi severn\u00ed a ji\u017en\u00ed Franci\u00ed, aby L&#8217;Auto mohl Tour zorganizovat spolu s\u00a0novinami La France Socialiste, kter\u00e9 sympatizovaly s\u00a0N\u011bmci. Goddet v\u0161ak organizaci Tour za t\u011bchto podm\u00ednek op\u011bt odm\u00edtl. Jean Leulliot, \u0161\u00e9fredaktor novin La France Socialiste, se rozhodl po\u0159\u00e1dat v\u00a0absenci Tour alternativn\u00ed z\u00e1vod s\u00a0n\u00e1zvem Circuit de France. Nezku\u0161enost organiz\u00e1tor\u016f, \u0161patn\u00e9 po\u010das\u00ed a logistick\u00e9 probl\u00e9my zp\u016fsobily, \u017ee z\u00e1vod neusp\u011bl a znovu se ji\u017e nepo\u0159\u00e1dal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1943<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0roce 1943 L&#8217;Auto uspo\u0159\u00e1dalo &#8222;Grand Prix du Tour de France&#8220;, co\u017e nebyl s\u00e1m o sob\u011b z\u00e1vod, ale zhodnocen\u00ed individu\u00e1ln\u00edch v\u00fdkon\u016f z\u00e1vodn\u00edk\u016f na jednodenn\u00edch z\u00e1vodech ve Francii. Na konci roku z\u00edskal \u017elut\u00fd trikot Jo Goutorbe, kter\u00fd v\u00a0dev\u00edti zahrnut\u00fdch z\u00e1vodech nasb\u00edral nejlep\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdsledky. Hlavn\u00ed po\u0159adatel Jacques Goddet v\u0161ak zd\u016fraz\u0148oval, \u017ee tento z\u00e1vod nen\u00ed pokra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00edm ofici\u00e1ln\u00ed Tour de France.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1944<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Grand Prix du Tour de France se konala i v\u00a0tomto roce, ale kv\u016fli osvobozen\u00ed Francie nebyla dokon\u010dena, v\u0161echny z\u00e1vody byly toti\u017e zastaveny. Konec druh\u00e9 sv\u011btov\u00e9 v\u00e1lky znamenal i konec novin L&#8217;Auto vzhledem k jejich spolupr\u00e1ci s\u00a0N\u011bmci. Pr\u00e1vo organizovat Tour de France tak p\u0159e\u0161lo do rukou francouzsk\u00e9 vl\u00e1dy. Jacques Goddet zalo\u017eil nov\u00e9 sportovn\u00ed vydavatelstv\u00ed s\u00a0n\u00e1zvem L&#8217;\u00c9quipe a za\u010dal se uch\u00e1zet o pr\u00e1vo po\u0159\u00e1dat Tour. Z\u00e1jem o tento legend\u00e1rn\u00ed z\u00e1vod v\u0161ak projevilo i konsorcium magaz\u00edn\u016f Sports a Miroir Sprint.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0roce 1946 dostala ob\u011b rivalsk\u00e1 vydavatelstv\u00ed \u0161anci zorganizovat krat\u0161\u00ed p\u011btietapov\u00fd z\u00e1vod s\u00a0t\u00edm, \u017ee \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011bj\u0161\u00ed z\u00a0nich pak z\u00edsk\u00e1 pr\u00e1va na Tour. Sports a Miroir Sprint pojmenovali sv\u016fj z\u00e1vod \u201eRonde de France\u201c a pozvaly do n\u011bj komer\u010dn\u00ed t\u00fdmy, kter\u00e9 mohly do z\u00e1vodu poslat zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 francouzsk\u00e9 cyklisty a zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed. L&#8217;Equipe spolu s Le Parisien lib\u00e9r\u00e9 pojmenovali sv\u016fj z\u00e1vod \u201eLa Course du Tour de France\u201c a vsadili na n\u00e1rodn\u00ed t\u00fdmy nam\u00edsto komer\u010dn\u00edch. Z\u00e1vod La Course du Tour de France se uk\u00e1zal jako l\u00e9pe organizovan\u00fd a z\u00edskal si i v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1jem fanou\u0161k\u016f, proto\u017ee v\u00a0n\u011bm z\u00e1vodily n\u00e1rodn\u00ed t\u00fdmy, kter\u00e9 byly obl\u00edben\u00e9 i p\u0159ed v\u00e1lkou.
