Nep\u0159ece\u0148ujte vlastn\u00ed s\u00edly. Ztr\u00e1ta kontroly nad kolem p\u0159i n\u00e1jezdu do zcela &#8222;zav\u0159en\u00e9&#8220; zat\u00e1\u010dky v p\u0159emr\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 rychlosti je jen chybou jezdce. Nem\u00e1 smysl se vymlouvat na \u0161t\u011brk, nerovnost nebo vlhkou vozovku. Odpov\u011bdnost je v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b na cyklistovi, nikoliv podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch. Stejn\u011b tak v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b sjezdu v ter\u00e9nu nen\u00ed z\u00e1hodno pou\u0161t\u011bt se na p\u0159\u00edkr\u00e9 traily mezi stromy, pokud jste dosud jezdili jen po m\u00edrn\u00fdch a zcela p\u0159ehledn\u00fdch cest\u00e1ch. Sna\u017ete se v\u017edy vyhodnotit vlastn\u00ed dovednosti a jezd\u011bte v r\u00e1mci jejich mo\u017enost\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Bu\u010fte uvoln\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>J\u00edzda na kole p\u0159edstavuje volno\u010dasovou aktivitu (pokud nejste profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed cyklista) a m\u00e1 p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161et prim\u00e1rn\u011b radost.
