Pono\u0159me se do tohoto na prvn\u00ed pohled ban\u00e1ln\u00edho a technicky jednoduch\u00e9ho pohybu, kter\u00fd je ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 t\u00edm, jen\u017e nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d v\u0161emi sporty obsahuje nejv\u00edce v\u011bdeck\u00fdch pojm\u016f.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u010clov\u011bk tomu u\u017e ani nev\u011bnuje pozornost. Cyklista \u0161lape, a je to stejn\u011b samoz\u0159ejm\u00e9 jako hranolky v Lille nebo \u017elut\u00e1 \u010depice u silnice b\u011bhem Tour. Pr\u00e1v\u011b v tomhle kruhov\u00e9m, mechanick\u00e9m, ale n\u011bkdy i poetick\u00e9m pohybu je obsa\u017eeno cel\u00e9 cyklistick\u00e9 um\u011bn\u00ed \u2013 v\u00fdkonn\u00e9, i kdy\u017e m\u00e1 jezdec nohy jako kobylka, a neust\u00e1le se opakuj\u00edc\u00ed. Nesm\u00edrn\u011b opakuj\u00edc\u00ed: za t\u0159i t\u00fddny Tour, p\u0159i pr\u016fm\u011bru 90 \u0161l\u00e1pnut\u00ed za minutu, cyklist\u00e9 provedou kolem 400 000 \u0161l\u00e1pnut\u00ed \u2013 nepo\u010d\u00edtaje rozjet\u00ed a v\u00fdjezdy b\u011bhem dn\u016f volna. V \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m jin\u00e9m sportu se hlavn\u00ed technick\u00fd pohyb neopakuje tak \u010dasto a v takov\u00e9m objemu.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u0160l\u00e1pnut\u00ed je v\u011bda&#8230;<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Pro z\u00e1vodn\u00edky je \u0161lap\u00e1n\u00ed jako d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed \u2013 d\u011bje se automaticky. Nen\u00ed to toti\u017e \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 velk\u00e1 v\u011bda, aspo\u0148 ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s bicyklem ve fotbale nebo golfov\u00fdm \u0161vihem. I tak se ale tomuto pohybu v\u011bnuj\u00ed podrobn\u00e9 studie. Kdy\u017e porovn\u00e1te z\u00e1b\u011bry stejn\u00e9ho cyklisty s odstupem deseti let, technicky to vypad\u00e1 stejn\u011b. Pokrok se d\u011bje sp\u00ed\u0161 v perifern\u00edch gestech \u2013 jako je schopnost z\u016fstat pevn\u011b v sedle nebo m\u00e9n\u011b \u010dasto p\u0159ech\u00e1zet do j\u00edzdy ze sedla. D\u00edky v\u00edce p\u0159evod\u016fm na kole a v\u011bdecky veden\u00e9mu tr\u00e9ninku maj\u00ed profesion\u00e1lov\u00e9 lep\u0161\u00ed kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed kondici a \u0161lapou rychleji ne\u017e ve 20. stolet\u00ed \u2013 kolem 90 RPM.<\/p>\n<p>Vypad\u00e1 to, \u017ee \u0161lapou do pr\u00e1zdna, ale je to efektivn\u00ed. Proto\u017ee \u010d\u00edm vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed kadence, t\u00edm v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed energetick\u00e1 n\u00e1ro\u010dnost. Optim\u00e1ln\u00ed kadence je pro ka\u017ed\u00e9ho individu\u00e1ln\u00ed. Nap\u0159\u00edklad Slovinec Matej Mohori\u010d vyhr\u00e1l etapy Tour i Mil\u00e1n\u2013San Remo s t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00edmi p\u0159evody. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed cyklist\u00e9 zvy\u0161uj\u00ed kadenci zkracov\u00e1n\u00edm klik \u2013 \u010d\u00e1sti spojuj\u00edc\u00ed ped\u00e1l s osou. D\u0159\u00edve byly b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 d\u00e9lky 170 nebo 175 mm, Tadej Poga\u010dar p\u0159e\u0161el na 165 mm a Jonas Vingegaard testoval dokonce 150 mm. V\u011bt\u0161inou si cyklist\u00e9 sv\u00e1 \u010d\u00edsla nech\u00e1vaj\u00ed pro sebe \u2013 a\u017e na p\u0159\u00edpady, kdy padne rekord.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Vydr\u017e\u00edte d\u00e9le ne\u017e 15 vte\u0159in?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Z\u00e1b\u011bry, na kter\u00fdch Poga\u010dar \u00fato\u010d\u00ed ze sedla, p\u0159ekvapily. Norm\u00e1ln\u011b toti\u017e cyklista p\u0159i j\u00edzd\u011b ze sedla vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 celou v\u00e1hu t\u011bla a vytvo\u0159\u00ed a\u017e o 40 watt\u016f v\u00edc ne\u017e vsed\u011b. Ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 je to energeticky n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, proto\u017ee aktivuje v\u00edce svalov\u00fdch skupin a sni\u017euje aerodynamiku.
