Nemluv\u00edme o bolesti ze sp\u00e1len\u00e9 k\u016f\u017ee, ale o fyzick\u00e9 a psychick\u00e9 n\u00e1maze, kterou p\u0159i j\u00edzd\u011b v extr\u00e9mn\u00edm horku m\u016f\u017eete za\u017e\u00edvat. Je to cyklistick\u00fd paradox. Celou zimu si st\u011b\u017eujeme na minusov\u00e9 teploty, tr\u00e9nujeme zav\u0159en\u00ed doma na trena\u017e\u00e9ru. A kdy\u017e u\u017e to jde, \u0161pa\u010dkujeme znovu. To, kdy\u017e se n\u00e1m v l\u00e9t\u011b lep\u00ed dresy na t\u011blo jako lepidlo. Na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed existuj\u00ed cesty, jak udr\u017eet v\u00fdkon, a i v \u017e\u00e1ru se nerozpustit.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Hydratace je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1, sou\u010dasn\u011b slo\u017eit\u00e1<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Sta\u010d\u00ed tedy jen hodn\u011b p\u00edt? Dnes doporu\u010den\u00fd denn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem tekutiny p\u0159edstavuje 35 ml na kilogram t\u011blesn\u00e9 hmotnosti. Tak\u017ee nap\u0159\u00edklad \u010dlov\u011bk s v\u00e1hou 80 kilo by m\u011bl denn\u011b vyp\u00edt 2,8 litru. Jen\u017ee\u2026 P\u0159i t\u011blesn\u00e9 aktivit\u011b a zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165, kdy\u017e je vedro, pot\u0159ebujete tekutin je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edc.<\/p>\n<p>Kolik je tedy dost? Dehydratace zhor\u0161uje v\u00fdkon. U\u017e p\u0159i 2% ztr\u00e1t\u011b t\u011bln\u00edch tekutin se krev zahust\u00ed, srdce pracuje m\u00e9n\u011b efektivn\u011b, zrychl\u00ed se tep a t\u011blo se v\u00edc zah\u0159\u00edv\u00e1. P\u0159i ztr\u00e1t\u011b 3 % kles\u00e1 s\u00edla o 10 % a rychlost o 8 %. Na tr\u00e9nink do jedn\u00e9 hodiny by m\u011blo sta\u010dit 750 ml vody s elektrolyty, kter\u00e9 pom\u00e1haj\u00ed se\u202fvst\u0159eb\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm. Na del\u0161\u00ed j\u00edzdy nad 1 hodinu v horku lahve dv\u011b, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e jedna m\u016f\u017ee obsahovat \u010distou vodu a druh\u00e1 isotonick\u00fd n\u00e1poj. Opravdu se velk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st boje s horkem to\u010d\u00ed kolem pit\u00ed, ale jako v\u017edy \u2013 v\u0161eho moc \u0161kod\u00ed. P\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho vody m\u016f\u017ee z\u0159edit hladinu sod\u00edku v t\u011ble a vznik\u00e1 hyponatr\u00e9mie alias n\u00edzk\u00e1 hladina sod\u00edku v krvi.
