Jestli jezd\u00edte jen pro z\u00e1bavu a obecnou kondi\u010dku, tak budete m\u00edt radost z pozitivn\u00edho vlivu sauny na zdrav\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak sauna zlep\u0161uje v\u00fdkonnost?<\/h2>\n<p>Pravideln\u00e9 n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvy sauny ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed lidskou fyziologii t\u0159emi zp\u016fsoby, kter\u00e9 by m\u011bly zlep\u0161ovat vytrvalost. T\u00edmto se n\u00e1sledn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed pr\u016ftok krve srdcem, co\u017e sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e srdce a tepovou frekvenci p\u0159i stejn\u00e9 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ei.<\/p>\n<h2>Zlep\u0161uje prokrven\u00ed sval\u016f<\/h2>\n<p>Stejn\u011b jako si va\u0161e t\u011blo bude postupn\u011b zvykat na pravideln\u00fd pobyt ve vysok\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch, zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed se i z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed va\u0161ich sval\u016f krv\u00ed. T\u00edm se zintenzivn\u00ed dod\u00e1vky gluk\u00f3zy a kysl\u00edku do sval\u016f a to sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed jejich z\u00e1vislost na z\u00e1sob\u00e1ch glykogenu o 40 a\u017e 50 %.<\/p>\n<h2>Zlep\u0161uje termoregulaci<\/h2>\n<p>Pravideln\u00e9 saunov\u00e1n\u00ed tak\u00e9 zlep\u0161uje schopnost regulovat t\u011blesnou teplotu. Za\u010dnete se potit p\u0159i ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed teplot\u011b a pocen\u00ed bude trvat d\u00e9le, co\u017e povede k lep\u0161\u00edmu chlazen\u00ed v pr\u016fb\u011bhu fyzick\u00e9 aktivity.<\/p>\n<h2>Zlep\u0161uje obnoven\u00ed srde\u010dn\u00edho tepu po cyklistice<\/h2>\n<p>Auto\u0159i studie z roku 2015 publikovan\u00e9 v Journal of Applied Physiology zkoumali, zda ony t\u0159i v\u00fd\u0161e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9 mechanismy opravdu dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed zlep\u0161it sportovn\u00ed v\u00fdkonnost. Vybrali sedm tr\u00e9novan\u00fdch cyklist\u016f. Deset po sob\u011b jdouc\u00edch dn\u00ed je vystavovali p\u016flhodinov\u00fdm interval\u016fm v saun\u011b (87 \u00b0C, 11% vlhkost) t\u011bsn\u011b po tr\u00e9ninku. V\u00fdsledky uk\u00e1zaly zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fd objem krevn\u00ed plazmy a lep\u0161\u00ed obnovu srde\u010dn\u00edho tepu po cyklistick\u00e9m testu.<\/p>\n<h2>Zlep\u0161uje b\u011b\u017eeckou vytrvalost<\/h2>\n<p>Podobn\u011b auto\u0159i studie z roku 2007 publikovan\u00e9 v Journal of Science and Medicine in Sport sledovali vliv sauny na b\u011b\u017ece. Vystavili sedm tr\u00e9novan\u00fdch vytrvalostn\u00edch b\u011b\u017ec\u016f saun\u011b (90 \u00b0C) na 30 minut t\u011bsn\u011b po tr\u00e9ninku, a to \u010dty\u0159ikr\u00e1t t\u00fddn\u011b po dobu t\u0159\u00ed t\u00fddn\u016f. Tito atleti se zlep\u0161ili v b\u011bhu do vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b o 32 % a vylep\u0161ili si \u010das v b\u011bhu na 5 km o t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 1,9 % za pouh\u00e9 t\u0159i t\u00fddny.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak sauna zlep\u0161uje zdrav\u00ed?<\/h2>\n<p>To, co se v saun\u011b d\u011bje s va\u0161im t\u011blem, je velmi podobn\u00e9 proces\u016fm, kter\u00e9 se d\u011bj\u00ed p\u0159i fyzick\u00e9 n\u00e1maze \u010di p\u0159i sportu. Zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed se tepov\u00e1 frekvence, zaktivuje se metabolismus, vzroste spot\u0159eba kysl\u00edku a zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed se hladina oxidu dusnat\u00e9ho. Jinak \u0159e\u010deno, sauna by m\u011bla m\u00edt velmi podobn\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed benefity, jak\u00e9 p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed pravideln\u00fd pohyb.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/13\/2019\/02\/profimedia-0295592786.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-355\" src=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/13\/2019\/02\/profimedia-0295592786.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1250\" height=\"833\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Toto potvrzuj\u00ed i v\u00fdsledky rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9ho p\u0159ehledu odborn\u00e9 literatury zkoumaj\u00edc\u00edho vliv sauny na zdrav\u00ed z roku 2018 od Mayo Clinic. Auto\u0159i shledali, \u017ee \u010d\u00edm \u010dast\u011bji \u010dlov\u011bk nav\u0161t\u011bvuje saunu, t\u00edm ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed m\u00e1 riziko srde\u010dn\u00edch chorob a celkov\u00e9 riziko \u00famrtnosti. Lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed pravideln\u011b nav\u0161t\u011bvuj\u00ed saunu, maj\u00ed tak\u00e9 ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed riziko vzniku demence, men\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1n\u011btlivost a bolesti zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 artritidou a tak\u00e9 m\u00e9n\u011b z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9 bolesti hlavy a nachlazen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>A doporu\u010den\u00ed na z\u00e1v\u011br: v\u00fdhody saunov\u00e1n\u00ed mohou b\u00fdt je\u0161t\u011b v\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, pokud m\u00e1te pravideln\u00fd pohyb. V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci v z\u00e1v\u011bru sv\u00e9 studie uvedli, \u017ee b\u00fdt fit a z\u00e1rove\u0148 chodit do sauny, poskytuje v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed zlep\u0161en\u00ed kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu, ne\u017e kdyby se \u010dlov\u011bk v\u011bnoval bu\u010f jedn\u00e9 \u010dinnosti (pohyb), nebo druh\u00e9 (saunov\u00e1n\u00ed).
