Pokud je va\u0161\u00edm c\u00edlem hubnut\u00ed, respektive sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed t\u011blesn\u00e9ho tuku, kter\u00e1 z t\u011bchto metod p\u0159inese nejlep\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdsledky?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Na prvn\u00ed pohled je z\u00e1kladn\u00ed princip hubnut\u00ed jednoduch\u00fd: p\u0159i udr\u017een\u00ed zdrav\u00e9 a vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e9 stravy vytvo\u0159it kalorick\u00fd deficit, kdy sp\u00e1l\u00edte v\u00edce kalori\u00ed, ne\u017e p\u0159ijmete. Cyklistika jako forma kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edho cvi\u010den\u00ed k v\u00fddeji energie v\u00fdznamn\u011b p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1. Jak vzd\u00e1lenost, tak intenzita v tom hraj\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dovou roli, ale ka\u017ed\u00e1 jin\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem.<\/p>\n<p>Del\u0161\u00ed j\u00edzdy zpravidla vedou k vy\u0161\u0161\u00edmu v\u00fddeji energie jednodu\u0161e proto, \u017ee sportujete d\u00e9le. Pokud na ni m\u00e1te \u010das\u2026<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Intervalov\u00fd tr\u00e9nink vs. vytrvalostn\u00ed&#8230;<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b rychlej\u0161\u00ed j\u00edzda zvy\u0161uje sp\u00e1len\u00e9 kalorie za minutu d\u00edky vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed intenzit\u011b, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt fyzicky velmi n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1. Je tak\u00e9 t\u0159eba vz\u00edt v \u00favahu, \u017ee t\u011blo p\u0159i r\u016fzn\u00fdch intenzit\u00e1ch spalov\u00e1n\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 jin\u00e9 zdroje energie.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159i n\u00edzk\u00e9 intenzit\u011b t\u011blo \u010derp\u00e1 energii p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b z tuk\u016f \u2013 kter\u00fdch m\u00e1 i velmi \u0161t\u00edhl\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk dostatek na n\u011bkolik hodin pohybu. P\u0159i vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed intenzit\u011b t\u011blo pot\u0159ebuje energii rychleji, a tak vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 glykogen, v n\u011bm\u017e jsou v t\u011ble ulo\u017eeny sacharidy. Hojn\u011b citovan\u00e1 studie Trapp et al. z roku 2008 se na ni pokusila odpov\u011bd\u011bt. Zkoumala proto vliv 15t\u00fddenn\u00edho programu vysoce intenzivn\u00edho intervalov\u00e9ho cvi\u010den\u00ed na t\u011blesn\u00fd tuk u mlad\u00fdch \u017een.<\/p>\n<p>\u00da\u010dastnice byly rozd\u011bleny do skupin. Jedna prov\u00e1d\u011bla vysoce intenzivn\u00ed tr\u00e9nink (8 sekund sprintu n\u00e1sledovan\u00fdch 12 sekundami lehk\u00e9ho \u0161lap\u00e1n\u00ed po dobu 20 minut), druh\u00e1 cvi\u010dila ve st\u00e1l\u00e9m tempu 40 minut. Ob\u011b skupiny zaznamenaly zlep\u0161en\u00ed kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed kondice, ale pouze skupina s intervalov\u00fdm tr\u00e9ninkem zaznamenala v\u00fdrazn\u00fd \u00fabytek hmotnosti, tukov\u00e9 hmoty i tuku v oblasti trupu.
