A jen vz\u00e1cn\u011b roli nenaplnili. &#8222;Byla to a\u017e dominance. Mnoho z\u00e1vod\u016f jsme doslova opanovali,&#8220; ohl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed se zp\u00e1tky Michal Kollert, zakladatel t\u00fdmu a jeho hlavn\u00ed \u0161\u00e9f. B\u011bhem zimy se stal otcem, ale i tak se nehodl\u00e1 vzd\u00e1t snu o vybudov\u00e1n\u00ed formace, kter\u00e1 se nebude zam\u011b\u0159ovat jen na amat\u00e9rsk\u00e9 z\u00e1vody.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pro We Love Cycling vypravuje nejen o minul\u00e9 sezon\u011b, ale i pl\u00e1nech do budoucnosti, v nich\u017e odkr\u00fdv\u00e1 i ekonomick\u00e9 n\u00e1le\u017eitosti projektu, kter\u00fd se sna\u017e\u00ed vybudovat.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Jak\u00e1 byla sezona 2024 t\u00fdmu Integray\u00a0<\/strong><strong>L27\u00a0<\/strong><strong>z pohledu \u0161\u00e9fa a zakladatele?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>P\u0159ekonali jsme v\u0161echny p\u0159edstavy. Byli jsme mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00ed. Nejv\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi postavami byli Petr Fiala, kter\u00fd byl skv\u011bl\u00fd u\u017e v roce 2023, a Robert Hula, jemu\u017e prost\u0159ed\u00ed a spojen\u00ed s t\u00fdmem sedlo. Z\u00edskali jsme v n\u011bm skv\u011bl\u00e9ho vrcha\u0159e. Ka\u017ed\u00fd, kdo se s n\u00e1mi spojil, z toho t\u011b\u017e\u00ed. M\u011bli jsme v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed s\u00edlu ne\u017e v roce 2023. Byla to a\u017e dominance. Spoustu akc\u00ed jako L&#8217;Etape Czech Republic by Tour de France a Road Classics jsme doslova opanovali. Usp\u011bli jsme i na dal\u0161\u00edch z\u00e1vodech. Snad jenom na Je\u0161t\u011bdu p\u0159i Road Classics jsme brali druh\u00e9 m\u00edsto, ale tam u\u017e \u0161lo po p\u0159elo\u017een\u00ed term\u00ednu o z\u00e1vod po sezon\u011b.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Bude hodn\u011b slo\u017eit\u00e9 v\u00fdsledkov\u011b p\u0159ekonat minul\u00fd rok?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Uvid\u00edme, jestli p\u0159ekon\u00e1me sami sebe. P\u011btkr\u00e1t jsme p\u0159i presti\u017en\u00edch amat\u00e9rsk\u00fdch z\u00e1vodech obsadili prvn\u00ed a druh\u00e9 m\u00edsto. V minulosti nikdy nebylo tolik akc\u00ed pro amat\u00e9rsk\u00e9 cyklisty. Byli jsme tak dob\u0159\u00ed, \u017ee i vyrovn\u00e1n\u00ed bilance z minul\u00e9 sezony bude skv\u011bl\u00e9. Ale ka\u017edop\u00e1dn\u011b se chceme posunout je\u0161t\u011b o kousek d\u00e1l a b\u00fdt u\u017eite\u010dn\u00ed pro \u010deskou cyklistiku. Vytvo\u0159ili bychom poloprofesion\u00e1ln\u00ed t\u00fdm, v n\u011bm\u017e by naprosto dominantn\u00ed roli hr\u00e1li mlad\u00ed z\u00e1vodnici, jim\u017e bychom poskytli z\u00e1zem\u00ed. Chceme v\u00edce integrovat zku\u0161enosti Petra Vako\u010de. Ur\u010dit\u011b se nehodl\u00e1me dr\u00e1t na pozice ATT \u010di Elkovu.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Jak\u00fd je \u010dasov\u00fd horizont pro vybudov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u00fdmu Integray L27, kter\u00fd bude m\u00edt kontinent\u00e1ln\u00ed licenci?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Deadline na z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed licence je konec z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed. Poda\u0159ilo se n\u00e1m prodlou\u017eit spolupr\u00e1ci se v\u0161emi st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edmi partnery a na pozici gener\u00e1ln\u00edho sponzora jsme z\u00edskali spole\u010dnost Fanygastro. M\u016f\u017eeme tud\u00ed\u017e za\u010d\u00edt budovat t\u00fdm a jednat se z\u00e1vodn\u00edky. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b re\u00e1ln\u011b m\u016f\u017eeme v m\u00f3du t\u00fdmu s kontinent\u00e1ln\u00ed licenc\u00ed fungovat nejd\u0159\u00edve od sezony 2026. Je k tomu pot\u0159eba pochopiteln\u011b hodn\u011b z\u00e1vodn\u00edk\u016f. A tak\u00e9 person\u00e1lu. Z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed licence otev\u00edr\u00e1 cestu na mnohem lep\u0161\u00ed a v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1vody t\u0159eba jako je Czech Tour. Aktu\u00e1ln\u011b by takov\u00fd skok byl p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 velk\u00fd a nebyl zrovna moc koncep\u010dn\u00ed. D\u016fstojn\u011b obst\u00e1t v kontinent\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00farovni s prim\u00e1rn\u00edm zam\u011b\u0159en\u00edm na t\u0159iadvac\u00edtkov\u00e9 jezdce si \u017e\u00e1d\u00e1 ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed jednotky milion\u016f korun. A kdybychom se cht\u011bli rovnat ATT nebo t\u0159eba development t\u00fdm\u016fm, tak pot\u0159ebujeme des\u00edtky milion\u016f korun.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Proto jste tak obez\u0159etn\u00ed?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Sportovn\u011b jsme byli \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00ed. N\u011bkter\u00e9 t\u00fdmy naslibuj\u00ed z\u00e1vodn\u00edk\u016fm i partner\u016fm mnoh\u00e9, ale zvl\u00e1dnout to pak na ur\u010dit\u00e9 \u00farovni je slo\u017eit\u00e9. Nechcem j\u00edt cestou zbrkl\u00fdch krok\u016f. Nechceme v\u0161echno hned a pak tvrd\u011b narazit. Stav\u00edme projekt od nuly. Za m\u011b je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd princip dr\u017eet dobrou atmosf\u00e9ru a naplnit v\u0161echny z\u00e1vazky, aby to v\u0161echny bavilo. Nechci, aby m\u016fj t\u00fdm str\u00e1dal, z\u00e1vodn\u00edci se stresovali a z pozice veden\u00ed t\u00fdmu jsme nebyli schopn\u00ed dodr\u017eet z\u00e1vazky&#8230; Na\u0161e vize je p\u011btilet\u00e1. Nen\u00ed snadn\u00e9 zajistit dostatek partner\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou ochotn\u00ed t\u00e1hnout rozpo\u010det t\u00fdm\u016f na t\u00e9to \u00farovni. Ka\u017ed\u00fd krok nahoru je n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd.
