Tud\u00ed\u017e u\u017e je normou, \u017ee stoprocentn\u00ed vyplacen\u00ed mzdy v dlouhodob\u00fdch kontraktech je v\u00e1z\u00e1no na ur\u010dit\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky. Ale za rok se m\u016f\u017ee situace dramaticky zm\u011bnit.
