P\u00edt m\u00e1lo p\u0159i tr\u00e9ninku pod st\u0159echou se rovn\u00e1 tomu, jako bychom se vprost\u0159ed l\u00e9ta nenapili na kole venku. P\u0159i klidn\u00e9m ot\u00e1\u010den\u00ed nohama po dobu 5-10 minut vyplav\u00edte kyselinu ml\u00e9\u010dnou a uvoln\u00edte po t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 \u0161icht\u011b svaly.
