Dlouh\u00e9 dny, do sedla m\u016f\u017eete r\u00e1no \u010di ve\u010der p\u0159es prac\u00ed, pokud zrovna nem\u00e1te volno a prostor na dlouh\u00e9 denn\u00ed j\u00edzdy. A pak p\u0159ijde vyhodnocen\u00ed&#8230; Intenzita tr\u00e9ninku, jeho d\u00e9lka, frekvence \u0161lap\u00e1n\u00ed, ujet\u00e1 vzd\u00e1lenost, tempo j\u00edzdy. To v\u0161echno jsou d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 faktory tr\u00e9ninku. Ov\u0161em je zde je\u0161t\u011b jeden velice z\u00e1sadn\u00ed: regenerace.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Syndrom p\u0159etr\u00e9nov\u00e1n\u00ed a jeho sign\u00e1ly<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Zejm\u00e9na amat\u00e9r\u0161t\u00ed cyklist\u00e9 na odpo\u010dinek zapom\u00ednaj\u00ed. Mnohdy zaslepeni touhou po zlep\u0161en\u00ed sedaj\u00ed na kolo denn\u011b a neznaj\u00ed nic jako je voln\u00fd den, kdy jednostop\u00e9ho &#8222;mil\u00e1\u010dka&#8220; nechaj\u00ed v klidu.
