Obsahuje tak\u0159ka v\u0161echny mikro i makro\u017eiviny, kter\u00e9 lidsk\u00e9 t\u011blo pot\u0159ebuje. Jedna sklenice tradi\u010dn\u00edho plnotu\u010dn\u00e9ho ml\u00e9ka (3,5 % tuku) obsahuje 8 g b\u00edlkovin, 12 g sacharid\u016f, z\u00a0toho 11 g cukr\u016f a 9 g tuk\u016f. Zd\u00e1 se, \u017ee d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm faktorem je kvalita ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f. Studie z\u00a0roku 2007 sleduj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159es 30 tis\u00edc zdravotn\u00edch sester v\u00a0USA spojovala ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky s\u00a0vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm rizikem srde\u010dn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. Naopak v\u00a0zem\u00edch, kde se konzumuje p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b plnotu\u010dn\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko od krav pasen\u00fdch na tr\u00e1v\u011b, jako je tomu ve \u0160v\u00e9dsku, Kostarice nebo Austr\u00e1lii, byly v\u00fdsledky p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9. Studie z\u00a0roku 2010, kter\u00e1 sledovala p\u0159es 1 500 dosp\u011bl\u00fdch Australan\u016f, uk\u00e1zala, \u017ee ti, kte\u0159\u00ed jedli nejv\u00edce plnotu\u010dn\u00fdch ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f, m\u011bli a\u017e o 69 % ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed riziko srde\u010dn\u00edch chorob.<\/p>\n<p>O tom pro\u010d pij\u00ed cyklisti tolik k\u00e1vy si m\u016f\u017eete p\u0159e\u010d\u00edst v na\u0161em dal\u0161\u00edm <a href=\"https:\/\/www.welovecycling.com\/cs\/2019\/02\/06\/proc-cyklisti-piji-tolik-kavy\/\">\u010dl\u00e1nku.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Rakovina?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Cel\u00e1 \u0159ada observa\u010dn\u00edch studi\u00ed se zab\u00fdv\u00e1 spojitost\u00ed konzumace ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f a rizika vzniku rakoviny. V\u00fdsledky v\u0161ak u v\u011bt\u0161iny nejsou p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010div\u00e9 ani jedn\u00edm sm\u011brem. Za zm\u00ednku stoj\u00ed korelace s vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm rizikem rakoviny prostaty, kter\u00e1 se objevila v n\u011bkolika studi\u00edch. V\u00fdzkum ukazuje, \u017ee vysok\u00e1 konzumace ml\u00e9ko a ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f zvy\u0161uje hladinu hormonu IGF-1 (insulin-like growth factor-1), kter\u00fd se \u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed procesu tvorby akn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Probl\u00e9my s\u00a0lakt\u00f3zou?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Cukr obsa\u017een\u00fd v\u00a0ml\u00e9ce se jmenuje lakt\u00f3za a jako d\u011bti jej v\u0161ichni um\u00edme tr\u00e1vit bez probl\u00e9m\u016f. V\u00a0dosp\u011blosti v\u0161ak \u0159ada lid\u00ed ztr\u00e1c\u00ed schopnost produkovat pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 enzymy a \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b lakt\u00f3zu zpracovat. Nedokonal\u00e9 tr\u00e1ven\u00ed lakt\u00f3zy pak vede k\u00a0mnoha nep\u0159\u00edjemnostem, jako je plynatost, k\u0159e\u010de, pr\u016fjmy, nevolnost \u010di zvracen\u00ed. Nej\u010dast\u011bji se intolerance lakt\u00f3zy objevuje v\u00a0Asii, Africe a ji\u017en\u00ed Americe, kde j\u00ed trp\u00ed 6595 % populace.
