Maxim\u00e1ln\u011b zmodernizovaly designov\u011b i materi\u00e1lov\u011b. Te\u010f je tu ale 21. stolet\u00ed a s n\u00edm zat\u00edm st\u00e1le nov\u00e1 technologie 3D tisku. M\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt kolo z tisk\u00e1rny \u017eivotaschopnou alternativou k tradi\u010dn\u00edm metod\u00e1m? A co by to mohlo znamenat pro budoucnost cyklistick\u00e9ho hardwaru?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>3D tisk neboli aditivn\u00ed v\u00fdroba nam\u00edsto vy\u0159ez\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed n\u011b\u010deho z bloku materi\u00e1lu \u2013 jak se to d\u011bje u procesu fr\u00e9zov\u00e1n\u00ed, t\u0159eba cyklisticky roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00e9ho CNC obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed \u2013 se v\u00fdrobek vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed nan\u00e1\u0161en\u00edm ultra tenk\u00fdch vrstev materi\u00e1lu jednu po druh\u00e9. V cyklistice je t\u00edm materi\u00e1lem titan.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdhody tohoto nov\u00e9ho v\u00fdrobn\u00edho procesu jsou \u010detn\u00e9. Jedn\u00edm z kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch d\u016fvod\u016f, pro\u010d jej konstrukt\u00e9\u0159i cyklistick\u00fdch produkt\u016f p\u0159ijali, je jeho prototypov\u00fd potenci\u00e1l. Jakmile je sou\u010d\u00e1st navr\u017eena na po\u010d\u00edta\u010di, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt odesl\u00e1na do 3D tisk\u00e1rny. Jsou-li n\u00e1sledn\u011b nutn\u00e9 dal\u0161\u00ed \u00fapravy, lze je prov\u00e9st na obrazovce p\u0159ed op\u011btovn\u00fdm tiskem na stejn\u00e9m stroji. S ka\u017edou novou verz\u00ed se eliminuje nutnost p\u0159ipravovat novou formu, jako je tomu u r\u00e1m\u016f z karbonov\u00e9 pleteniny. A to \u0161et\u0159\u00ed co? P\u0159eci \u010das i pen\u00edze.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>3D tisk produkuje br\u00fdle \u010di \u010dasovk\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 rohy<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>V\u00fdrobci kup\u0159\u00edkladu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.welovecycling.com\/cs\/2022\/11\/16\/posedla\/\">sedla<\/a> jsou takto schopni b\u011bhem dvou t\u0159\u00ed t\u00fddn\u016f vytisknout t\u0159eba 100 pokusn\u00fdch vzork\u016f, ne\u017e skrze jemn\u00e9 lad\u011bn\u00ed dojdou k tomu dokonal\u00e9mu v\u00fdsledku. Ten u\u017e si fin\u00e1ln\u00ed formu, z n\u00ed\u017e u\u017e pak budou vypad\u00e1vat koncov\u00e9 produkty, zaslou\u017e\u00ed. Technologie se v\u0161ak neomezuje pouze na v\u00fdrobu prototyp\u016f, \u0159ada zna\u010dek se k 3D tisku uch\u00fdlila pro plnohodnotnou v\u00fdrobu.<\/p>\n<p>Geraint Thomas, n\u011bkdej\u0161\u00ed v\u00edt\u011bz Tour de France, letos po dlouh\u00fdch roc\u00edch zm\u011bnil dodavatele br\u00fdl\u00ed. Na Giro di Italia 2023 vyjel se zna\u010dkou SunGod a jejich modelem GT. A i to byl uk\u00e1zkov\u00fd p\u0159\u00edklad 3D prototypov\u00e1n\u00ed a zkou\u0161ek v pln\u00e9m zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed. Na prvn\u00ed t\u00fdden Vel\u0161an nasazoval zku\u0161ebn\u00ed vzorky z nylonu.
