N\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch p\u00e1r odstavc\u016f v\u00e1m pom\u016f\u017ee se v\u00a0tom zmatku vyznat a jednou prov\u017edy m\u00edt jasno, zda jsou vejce zdrav\u00e1, \u010di ne.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Jedno vejce velikosti M obsahuje pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b 186 mg cholesterolu, co\u017e je podobn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed jako ve 100 g krevet,\u00a0200 g s\u00fdra nebo 300 g hov\u011bz\u00edho masa. Vejce jsou opravdu velmi bohat\u00e1 na cholesterol, pouh\u00e9 dva kusy denn\u011b by se ji\u017e daly pova\u017eovat za riskantn\u00ed volbu dle historick\u00e9ho limitu 300 mg cholesterolu na den.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Cholesterol pot\u0159ebujete<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Mo\u017en\u00e1 v\u00e1s p\u0159ekvap\u00ed, \u017ee cholesterol nen\u00ed n\u00e1zev pro toxin nebo \u0161kodliv\u00fd virus, ale pro l\u00e1tku, kterou lidsk\u00e9 t\u011blo pot\u0159ebuje. Cholesterol je pro zdrav\u00ed naprosto nepostradateln\u00fd, a proto si jej lidsk\u00e9 t\u011blo dokonce samo vyr\u00e1b\u00ed!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>T\u011blo si hladinu cholesterolu reguluje<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Co se tedy stane, kdy\u017e si d\u00e1te k sn\u00eddani vejce? Velk\u00e1 metaanal\u00fdza z\u00a0roku 2015, kter\u00e1 hodnotila ve\u0161ker\u00fd v\u00fdzkum na toto t\u00e9ma vydan\u00fd v\u00a0letech 1979 a\u017e 2013, nena\u0161la \u017e\u00e1dnou spojitost mezi cholesterolem ve strav\u011b a rizikem vzniku kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch chorob.<\/p>\n<p>Ofici\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00e1 doporu\u010den\u00ed z\u00a0roku 2015, kter\u00e1 se v USA aktualizuj\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00fdch p\u011bt let, ji\u017e neobsahuj\u00ed onen limit 300 mg cholesterolu na den.
