Ide\u00e1ln\u00ed na\u010dasov\u00e1n\u00ed j\u00eddla sm\u011brem k\u00a0cyklistice je devades\u00e1t a\u017e sto dvacet minut p\u0159ed za\u010d\u00e1tkem tr\u00e9ninku. Jen\u017ee cel\u00e1 procedura, i v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pouze hodinov\u00e9ho tr\u00e9ninku, by v\u00e1m zabrala t\u0159i a p\u016fl hodiny minim\u00e1ln\u011b.
