M\u00e1 v\u016fbec takov\u00e1 anal\u00fdza v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b hobby cyklist\u016f v\u00fdznam?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>U\u017e i mezi amat\u00e9ry se roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159ily nejmodern\u011bj\u0161\u00ed technologie, kter\u00e9 po\u010d\u00edtaj\u00ed watty, po\u010det ot\u00e1\u010dek za minutu&#8230; Ale po\u0159\u00e1d je mnoho hobby cyklist\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed jezd\u00ed hlavn\u011b podle pocitu. Existuje ide\u00e1ln\u00ed kadence \u0161lap\u00e1n\u00ed?<\/p>\n<p>\u201eObecn\u011b lze konstatovat, \u017ee hobby cyklist\u00e9 jezd\u00ed p\u0159i ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed frekvenci ne\u017e profesion\u00e1lov\u00e9. V minulosti se jezdilo na v\u00fdrazn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00edch kadenc\u00edch s\u00a0t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00edm p\u0159evodem. Jak se omlazuje peloton, tohle pravidlo se m\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>D\u016fvod\u016f, pro\u010d se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed kadence \u0161lap\u00e1n\u00ed je n\u011bkolik. Z\u00e1sadn\u00edm ve sv\u011bt\u011b hobby cyklist\u016f je fakt, \u017ee jsou k\u00a0m\u00e1n\u00ed leh\u010d\u00ed p\u0159evody. Dal\u0161\u00edm je touha po nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed rychlosti. Nikdy nen\u00ed pozd\u011b za\u010d\u00edt \u0161lapat rychleji. A\u0165 u\u017e jde o jednotlivou j\u00edzdu nebo celkov\u00e9 pojet\u00ed va\u0161\u00ed cyklistiky. Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed kadence \u0161lap\u00e1n\u00ed je trend.<\/p>\n<p>Nic nejde honem. Ide\u00e1ln\u00ed pro u\u010den\u00ed jsou tr\u00e9ninky na v\u00e1lc\u00edch.
