Na z\u00e1klad\u011b takov\u00e9ho testu uvid\u00edte, jak\u00fd progres v p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b d\u011bl\u00e1te, a taky v\u00e1m to pom\u016f\u017ee tr\u00e9novat chyt\u0159e. Nechcete asi honit z\u00e1vratn\u00e1 \u010d\u00edsla, ale zase ani jezdit p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 lehce. Ani jedno nikam nevede. A nav\u00edc \u2013 kdy\u017e sv\u00e9 pl\u00e1ny ohl\u00e1s\u00edte ve\u0159ejn\u011b, h\u016f\u0159 u\u017e se z nich bude ut\u00edkat.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Netr\u00e9nujte, dokud neza\u010dnete tr\u00e9novat<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Posledn\u00ed bod nebude z kategorie doporu\u010den\u00ed, ale rovnou varov\u00e1n\u00ed. Nemyslete si, \u017ee mus\u00edte m\u00edt n\u011bjakou kondi\u010dku u\u017e p\u0159edt\u00edm, ne\u017e se do p\u0159\u00edpravy vrhnete, a \u017ee jste tam, co jste mo\u017en\u00e1 kdesi byli. Kdy\u017e si v hlav\u011b nastav\u00edte sv\u00e9 schopnosti realisticky sp\u00ed\u0161 n\u00ed\u017ee, nebude pak \u0161ok z reality takov\u00fd.
