Kdy\u017e na kole tr\u00e1v\u00edte des\u00edtky hodin, pot\u0159ebujete dokonal\u00e9 sedlo! \u201eJen\u017ee jsme zjistili, \u017ee a\u0165 u\u017e zvol\u00edme jak\u00e9hokoliv v\u00fdrobce, stejn\u011b v\u017edy skon\u010d\u00edme u reg\u00e1lu, z n\u011bho\u017e si mus\u00edme vybrat,\u201c vysv\u011btluje Martin \u0158\u00edpa. \u201eA tak n\u00e1s napadlo, \u017ee si vyrob\u00edme vlastn\u00ed sedlo,\u201c usm\u011bje se Ji\u0159\u00ed Du\u017e\u00e1r. Bl\u00e1zniv\u00fd n\u00e1pad dvou kamar\u00e1d\u016f? Mo\u017en\u00e1. Ale kdy\u017e v\u00e1s \u017eene posedlost, snadno se zrod\u00ed n\u011bco v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00e9ho. A tak se zrodila Posedla!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hlavn\u00edm produktem spole\u010dnosti, kter\u00e1 za dva roky fungov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00edskala \u0159adu ocen\u011bn\u00ed, je cyklistick\u00e9 sedlo Joyseat vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00e9 na m\u00edru s vyu\u017eit\u00edm pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9ho 3D tisku. Svrchn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st sedla je tvo\u0159ena termoplastick\u00fdm polyuretanem, co\u017e je materi\u00e1l umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed r\u016fznou tvrdost jednotliv\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed sedla p\u0159esn\u011b podle pot\u0159eb a sedac\u00edch kost\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00e9ho cyklisty.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Posedla, va\u0161e spole\u010dnost zam\u011b\u0159uj\u00edc\u00ed se na individu\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdrobu sedel na kolo, funguje u\u017e dva roky. Kdy\u017e jste projekt spou\u0161t\u011bli, zrazoval v\u00e1s n\u011bkdo?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Martin<\/strong>: V\u0161ichni v okol\u00ed n\u00e1s podporovali, co\u017e byl velk\u00fd d\u016fvod, pro\u010d jsme snahu nevzdali. Vnit\u0159n\u011b jsme si \u0159\u00edkali, \u017ee jde o saturovan\u00fd trh. Sedla se vyr\u00e1b\u00ed s\u00e9riov\u011b. A nikomu se nepoda\u0159ilo tenhle zab\u011bhnut\u00fd re\u017eim zm\u011bnit. Tak\u017ee n\u00e1s hnal i adrenalin, \u017ee m\u016f\u017eeme b\u00fdt prvn\u00ed na sv\u011bt\u011b. Prosed\u011bli jsme tis\u00edce hodin u po\u010d\u00edta\u010de a sna\u017eili se pochopit, jak cyklistick\u00e9 sedlo funguje. M\u011bli jsme vlastn\u011b tro\u0161ku \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed, \u017ee byla pandemie covidu. Pot\u0159ebovali jsme se na za\u010d\u00e1tku obklopit experty na r\u016fzn\u00e1 t\u00e9mata. Oni tou dobou hodn\u011b pracovali z domova a mo\u017en\u00e1 na n\u00e1s m\u011bli v\u00edce \u010dasu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ji\u0159\u00ed<\/strong>: M\u011bli jsme pochopiteln\u011b obavy. Existuj\u00ed des\u00edtky v\u00fdrobc\u016f sedel. Ale v\u0161ichni jdou stejnou cestou. Ur\u010dit\u00fd, velmi omezen\u00fd, po\u010det \u0161\u00ed\u0159ek sedla. Nevyhovovala n\u00e1m. Vyst\u0159\u00eddali jsme jich spoustu. Ale nem\u00e1me moc \u010dasu. Ob\u010das se urvu na hodinu a p\u016fl. Za celou sezonu jsem najel o t\u0159i tis\u00edce kilometr\u016f m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e minul\u00fd rok&#8230; Ale nest\u011b\u017euji si. Kdyby nevznikla Posedla, d\u011blal bych pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b d\u00e1le ve v\u00fdzkum trhu a pom\u00e1hal d\u00edky dat\u016fm rozv\u00edjet firmy n\u011bkoho jin\u00e9ho.
