Ani jedna z\u00a0t\u011bchto v\u011bc\u00ed nen\u00ed pro d\u00edt\u011b p\u0159irozen\u00e1, tak\u017ee se na to mus\u00ed soust\u0159edit a zabere to n\u011bjak\u00fd \u010das.<\/p>\n<p>Nejlep\u0161\u00ed je, pokud p\u0159i p\u0159echodu na kolo u\u017e zvl\u00e1d\u00e1 jezdit na odr\u00e1\u017eedle. Pokud ne, m\u016f\u017ee chvilku trvat, ne\u017e pochop\u00ed, co m\u00e1 d\u011blat. D\u011bti jsou v\u00fdvojov\u011b nastaveny tak, aby se nau\u010dily chodit, b\u011bhat, sk\u00e1kat a podobn\u011b. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 bude kontrolovat, aby z\u00a0ped\u00e1lu nesklouzla. Pokud jim to nejde, sta\u010d\u00ed kolo na p\u00e1r t\u00fddn\u016f schovat a zkusit to znovu pozd\u011bji.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Prvn\u00ed lekce<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Na prvn\u00ed lekci je pot\u0159eba naj\u00edt vhodnou lokalitu. Ide\u00e1ln\u00ed by se mohlo zd\u00e1t m\u00edsto, kde je tr\u00e1va, aby d\u00edt\u011b padalo do m\u011bkk\u00e9ho, ale na tr\u00e1v\u011b se bude pohybovat ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed rychlost\u00ed a bude pot\u0159ebovat v\u00edce s\u00edly na ped\u00e1l. Dr\u017een\u00ed rovnov\u00e1hy tak bude mnohem n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Mal\u00e9 kolo je lep\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e velk\u00e9, ale zase bude m\u00edt probl\u00e9m se zat\u00e1\u010den\u00edm. Ide\u00e1ln\u011b velk\u00e9mu kolu je pak je\u0161t\u011b pot\u0159eba nastavit v\u00fd\u0161ku sedla tak, aby d\u00edt\u011b pohodln\u011b dos\u00e1hlo pol\u0161t\u00e1\u0159ky chodidel na zem. Pozorn\u00ed \u010dten\u00e1\u0159i si v\u0161imli, \u017ee v\u00a0tom je drobn\u00fd rozd\u00edl oproti odr\u00e1\u017eedlu, kde se doporu\u010duje, aby d\u00edt\u011b dos\u00e1hlo na zem cel\u00fdmi ploskami nohou. Na kole ale sedlo trochu zvedneme, aby d\u00edt\u011b nem\u011blo kolena p\u0159i \u0161lap\u00e1n\u00ed moc vysoko a mohlo pohodln\u011b zat\u00e1\u010det.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Jak d\u00edt\u011b p\u0159idr\u017eovat a v\u00e9st?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Je velmi nutkav\u00e9 p\u0159idr\u017eovat d\u00edt\u011b p\u0159i j\u00edzd\u011b za \u0159\u00edd\u00edtka nebo sedlo, oboj\u00ed ale zasahuje do jeho svobodn\u00e9ho pohybu a zpomaluje proces u\u010den\u00ed. Nejlep\u0161\u00ed je p\u0159idr\u017eovat d\u00edt\u011b zezadu v\u00a0podpa\u017e\u00ed. Tak v\u00e1m nespadne na stranu. S\u00a0rozjezdem m\u016f\u017eete d\u00edt\u011bti ze za\u010d\u00e1tku trochu dopomoci postr\u010den\u00edm, b\u011bhem j\u00edzdy jej tak\u00e9 m\u016f\u017eete lehce tla\u010dit dop\u0159edu. Dobr\u00e1 rada je p\u0159estat tla\u010dit, pokud d\u00edt\u011b zanech\u00e1 \u0161lap\u00e1n\u00ed nebo za\u010dne \u0161lapat vzad. Sn\u00e1ze tak pochop\u00ed, \u017ee mus\u00ed \u0161lapat, aby jelo vp\u0159ed. Kdy\u017e u\u017e d\u00edt\u011b jede, m\u016f\u017eete ho pomoc\u00ed podpory v\u00a0podpa\u017e\u00ed trochu naklonit a p\u0159im\u011bt ho tak k zat\u00e1\u010den\u00ed. Pokud je d\u00edt\u011b p\u0159ipraven\u00e9, v\u011bt\u0161inou zvl\u00e1dne tyto kroky zhruba po p\u016fl hodin\u011b v\u00fduky.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Rozj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed a brzd\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Rozj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed je slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Ide\u00e1ln\u00ed je nastavit kliku na jeho siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed noze na druhou hodinu, tedy aby byla zhruba paraleln\u011b se spodn\u00ed r\u00e1movou trubkou. Pot\u00e9 je pot\u0159eba d\u00edt\u011bti vysv\u011btlit, \u017ee se mus\u00ed z\u00e1rove\u0148 op\u0159\u00edt do ped\u00e1lu a odstr\u010dit druhou nohou od zem\u011b. Zautomatizovat tento \u00fakon chv\u00edli trv\u00e1, je to n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e samotn\u00e1 j\u00edzda. Tak\u00e9 m\u016f\u017eete d\u00edt\u011bti uk\u00e1zat, jak si m\u00e1 nastavit ped\u00e1l do startovn\u00ed pozice samo nohou.<\/p>\n<p>Brzd\u011bn\u00ed je posledn\u00ed a skoro nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u011bc. Pokud m\u00e1 brzdy na \u0159\u00edd\u00edtk\u00e1ch, je nejsnaz\u0161\u00ed, aby vedlo kolo vedle sebe a zkusilo zabrzdit. Vyzkou\u0161\u00ed si tak funkci brzd bez zbyte\u010dn\u00e9ho rizika. V\u011bt\u0161inou bude brzdit moc velkou silou, tak\u017ee je pot\u0159eba mu vysv\u011btlit, \u017ee m\u00e1 brzdit plynule. \u010casto se st\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee se nau\u010d\u00ed brzdit, ale zapomene nebo nestihne d\u00e1t nohu dol\u016f z\u00a0ped\u00e1lu.<\/p>\n<p>Aby se d\u00edt\u011b dok\u00e1zalo na kole pohybovat bezpe\u010dn\u011b, je t\u0159eba zvl\u00e1dnout spoustu \u00fakon\u016f. D\u00edky n\u011bkolika tr\u00e9ninkov\u00fdm j\u00edzd\u00e1m v\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu p\u00e1r t\u00fddn\u016f by to ale nem\u011bl b\u00fdt velk\u00fd probl\u00e9m.
