Organizmus, pokud bude zn\u00e1t jen a pouze vysok\u00e9 intenzity, nebude schopen vst\u0159ebat v\u00fdhody t\u00e9to d\u0159iny. Odpo\u010dinkov\u00e1 j\u00edzda je pro to ide\u00e1ln\u00ed, proto\u017ee v intervalech, kdy lap\u00e1te po dechu, si sotva n\u011bco ohl\u00edd\u00e1te.
