Jak se st\u00e1t\u00a0 lep\u0161\u00edm, zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00edm a rychlej\u0161\u00edm cyklistou? Nutn\u011b to neznamen\u00e1 podstupovat experimenty se sebetorturou. Tak\u017ee jak se st\u00e1t lep\u0161\u00edm cyklistou?<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Strukturov\u00e1n\u00ed \u017eivota je kouzlo ke zlep\u0161en\u00ed<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>C\u00edle \u2013 v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed, \u010di men\u0161\u00ed \u2013 jsou dobr\u00e1 v\u011bc, proto\u017ee bez nich jen tak pab\u011brkujete. Na druhou stranu pokud bude va\u0161\u00ed metou i jen dojet si jednou t\u00fddn\u011b na kole do kav\u00e1rny na \u0161\u00e1lek pressa, pak si za n\u00edm jd\u011bte, respektive je\u010fte.<\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkdo se m\u016f\u017ee c\u00edtit nesm\u011ble, kdy\u017e o sv\u00fdch pl\u00e1nech \u0159ekne jin\u00fdm, ale v\u011bzte, \u017ee je to velmi u\u017eite\u010dn\u00fd n\u00e1stroj. Dohled nad pln\u011bn\u00edm va\u0161ich pl\u00e1n\u016f bude m\u00edt v\u00edc lid\u00ed a v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b ztr\u00e1ty motivace dok\u00e1\u017eou vyhecovat. Pokud chcete b\u00fdt lep\u0161\u00edm cyklistou, jedin\u00e9, co mus\u00edte ud\u011blat, je na to kolo sednout a jet. A to p\u0159ece m\u00e1me nejrad\u011bji, ne?<\/p>\n<p>Jak se tedy st\u00e1t lep\u0161\u00edm cyklistou?<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Zrychlen\u00ed o kilometr<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Na sv\u00e9 p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00ed vyj\u00ed\u017e\u010fce to zvl\u00e1dnete i bez toho, \u017ee byste museli b\u00fdt v lep\u0161\u00ed kondici. V\u0161echno je jen o technice. Zat\u00e1\u010dka je m\u00edstem, kde ztr\u00e1c\u00edte rychlost, kterou zase jinde mus\u00edte nabrat, co\u017e stoj\u00ed energii. Nejde o to, jak rychle do n\u00ed najedete, ale jak v n\u00ed rychlost udr\u017e\u00edte.
