B\u011bhem t\u00e9to periody pokra\u010dovali sledovan\u00ed jedinci ve sv\u00e9m tr\u00e9ninkov\u00e9m programu. Ale b\u011bhem p\u00e1t\u00e9ho t\u00fddne se vydali do laborato\u0159e a b\u011b\u017eeli \u010di \u0161lapali 2,5 hodiny t\u0159i dny za sebou, co\u017e p\u0159edstavovalo v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed jejich b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 tr\u00e9ninkov\u00e9 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee.<\/p>\n<p>Jak cyklist\u00e9, tak b\u011b\u017eci sledovanou jednotku absolvovali na 70 procentech jejich maxim\u00e1ln\u00edho v\u00fdkonu. U tr\u00e9novan\u00fdch jedinc\u016f to p\u0159edstavuje st\u0159edn\u00ed tempo. A p\u0159ed startem tohoto testovac\u00edho bloku i po jeho skon\u010den\u00ed jim byla odebr\u00e1na krev, z n\u00ed\u017e se zkoumalo po\u0161kozen\u00ed svalu, z\u00e1n\u011bt a imunita. Nadto m\u011bli testovan\u00ed sportovci sd\u011blit subjektivn\u00ed dojmy o sv\u00e9 \u00fanav\u011b a bolestivosti sval\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e odborn\u00edci porovnali ob\u011b skupiny, bylo v\u00edc ne\u017e z\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee navzdory identicky nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 tr\u00e9ninkov\u00e9 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ei a jej\u00ed d\u00e9lce dostaly v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed r\u00e1nu svaly b\u011b\u017ec\u016f ne\u017e cyklist\u016f. Po\u0161kozen\u00ed sval\u016f cyklist\u016f se zv\u00fd\u0161ilo o 133 procent. U b\u011b\u017ec\u016f o 404. Kdy\u017e porovn\u00e1vali pocity, byly ty b\u011b\u017eeck\u00e9 o 87 procent hor\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e cyklistick\u00e9. To \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b vysv\u011btluje, pro\u010d vytrvalostn\u00ed b\u011b\u017eci obvykle maj\u00ed mnohem slab\u0161\u00ed svaly nohou ne\u017e jejich cyklistick\u00e9 prot\u011bj\u0161ky. A pro\u010d jsou b\u011b\u017eci n\u00e1chyln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ke zran\u011bn\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00edm d\u016fsledkem je, \u017ee pokud zahrnujete b\u011bh do sv\u00e9ho cyklistick\u00e9ho programu, m\u011bli byste d\u00e9lku t\u011bchto jednotek dr\u017eet na relativn\u011b n\u00edzk\u00e9 hladin\u011b.
