P\u0159\u00ed\u010dinami jsou vysok\u00e1 rychlost vozu a n\u00edzk\u00e1 intenzita sv\u00edcen\u00ed cyklistov\u00fdch sv\u011btel,\u201c<\/em> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Ji\u0159\u00ed Polomis z\u00a0Besipu. V\u011bt\u0161ina z\u00a0nich je zpracov\u00e1na rutinn\u011b a nev\u011bdom\u011b. \u010c\u00e1st z\u00a0t\u011bchto informac\u00ed je p\u0159edstavena v\u011bdom\u00ed. V\u011bt\u0161inou se jedn\u00e1 o situace, kter\u00e9 v\u00e1\u0161 mozek na z\u00e1klad\u011b zku\u0161enosti vyhodnot\u00ed jako potenci\u00e1ln\u011b nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9. V\u00fdsledkem je to, \u017ee se \u0159idi\u010di p\u0159irozen\u011b zam\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed na m\u00edsta, kde by se mohlo objevit dal\u0161\u00ed auto. Dalo by se tak\u00e9 p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dat, \u017ee v\u011bt\u0161ina sr\u00e1\u017eek auta s cyklistou se stane na slo\u017eit\u00fdch a nep\u0159ehledn\u00fdch k\u0159i\u017eovatk\u00e1ch. Studie ale ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee k\u00a0polovin\u011b z\u00a0nich dojde na rovn\u00fdch cest\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n<p>Cyklist\u00e9 by tak mohli rychle p\u0159isp\u011bchat s\u00a0vysv\u011btlen\u00edm &#8211; \u0159idi\u010d vozu se dostate\u010dn\u011b nev\u011bnoval \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Pravda je ale mnohem jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed. Prost\u011b cyklistu nevid\u011bli. Takov\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f se d\u011bje po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b spousta a z\u00e1v\u011br je jasn\u00fd, cyklist\u00e9 p\u0159ece\u0148uj\u00ed vlastn\u00ed viditelnost. Nebo jin\u00fdmi slovy: <em>Mysl\u00ed si, \u017ee jsou vid\u011bt v\u00edce, ne\u017e tomu ve skute\u010dnosti je. <\/em>Vid\u00ed toti\u017e sv\u011bt z\u00a0pohledu relativn\u011b pomalu se pohybuj\u00edc\u00edho objektu, kter\u00fd sice vid\u00ed a sly\u0161\u00ed p\u0159ij\u00ed\u017ed\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed auto u\u017e z\u00a0d\u00e1lky, s\u00e1m ale spl\u00fdv\u00e1 s\u00a0pozad\u00edm, a \u0159idi\u010d ho proto nem\u016f\u017ee po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b vid\u011bt.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Jak\u00e9 barvy jsou pro cyklistu nejvhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>U\u017e v\u00a0roce 2004 prok\u00e1zala \u0159ada studi\u00ed, \u017ee fluorescen\u010dn\u00ed barvy jsou vid\u011bt d\u0159\u00edve, l\u00e9pe a z\u00a0v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed d\u00e1lky ne\u017e ty ostatn\u00ed. Fluorescen\u010dn\u00ed barvy toti\u017e odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed neviditeln\u00e9 UV z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed ve spektru, kter\u00e9 je okem viditeln\u00e9 a\u017e o 200 % l\u00e9pe ne\u017e jin\u00e9 barvy.<\/p>\n<p>Nejvhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed barvy jsou tedy fluorescen\u010dn\u00ed \u017elut\u00e1 a oran\u017eov\u00e1, kter\u00e9 se v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b b\u011b\u017en\u011b nevyskytuj\u00ed, a \u0159idi\u010di je tak ihned zaregistruj\u00ed. M\u00edt cyklistick\u00e9 kalhoty v\u00a0t\u00e9to barv\u011b v\u00e1m zajist\u00ed, \u017ee si v\u00e1s \u0159idi\u010di v\u0161imnou 3,3x rychleji, ne\u017e kdybyste m\u011bli pouze fluorescen\u010dn\u00ed bundu. M\u011bjte ale na pam\u011bti, \u017ee v\u00a0noci v\u00e1m fluorescen\u010dn\u00ed oble\u010den\u00ed nepom\u016f\u017ee. Bohu\u017eel oble\u010den\u00ed z\u00a0tohoto materi\u00e1lu m\u00e1 n\u00edzkou prody\u0161nost, a tak se nej\u010dast\u011bji pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 formou r\u016fzn\u00fdch dopl\u0148k\u016f nebo jako vesty. <em>\u201eV noci je reflexn\u00ed materi\u00e1l vid\u011bt z\u00a03x v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed vzd\u00e1lenosti ne\u017e b\u00edl\u00e9 oble\u010den\u00ed, a v\u00a0porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00a0oble\u010den\u00edm modr\u00fdm dokonce ze vzd\u00e1lenosti\u00a010x v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed,\u201c<\/em> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Ji\u0159\u00ed Polomis z\u00a0Besipu.<\/p>\n<p>Zjistit, jestli v\u00fdrazn\u00e1 \u017elut\u00e1 vesta opravdu pom\u016f\u017ee zabr\u00e1nit kolizi, si dala za c\u00edl zat\u00edm nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed proveden\u00e1 studie, kter\u00e1 prob\u011bhla mezi roky 2012 a 2013 ve \u0160v\u00e9dsku a \u00fa\u010dastnilo se j\u00ed 6 793 cyklist\u016f. Kampa\u0148 na z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed co nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edho po\u010dtu dobrovoln\u00edk\u016f b\u011b\u017eela i v r\u016fzn\u00fdch m\u00e9di\u00edch a \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci byli motivov\u00e1ni slosov\u00e1n\u00edm o hodnotn\u00e9 ceny na konci v\u00fdzkumu. V\u00a0t\u00e9to studii byli cyklist\u00e9 rozd\u011bleni na dv\u011b poloviny &#8211; prvn\u00ed dostala fluorescen\u010dn\u00ed \u017elut\u00e9 oble\u010den\u00ed ve velikostech od XS do XXL a druh\u00e1 jezdila ve sv\u00e9m vlastn\u00edm oble\u010den\u00ed. Po roce je\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed uk\u00e1zaly v\u00fdsledky v\u00fdrazn\u00fd rozd\u00edl. Skupina, kter\u00e1 jezdila ve \u017elut\u00e9m, m\u011bla o 47 % m\u00e9n\u011b nehod, a dokonce o 55 % m\u00e9n\u011b nehod s\u00a0motorov\u00fdmi vozidly.<\/p>\n<p>Jin\u00e1 studie ze stejn\u00e9ho obdob\u00ed od dr. Ricka Tyrrela z\u00a0Clemson University v\u00a0Ji\u017en\u00ed Karol\u00edn\u011b uk\u00e1zala, \u017ee cyklist\u00e9 v\u00a0reflexn\u00edch vest\u00e1ch maj\u00ed 67% \u0161anci, \u017ee budou zaregistrov\u00e1ni \u0159idi\u010dem v\u010das. Toto \u010d\u00edslo vzroste na 94 %, pokud cyklist\u00e9 dopln\u00ed vestu reflexn\u00edmi p\u00e1sky u kolen a kotn\u00edk\u016f. Je prok\u00e1z\u00e1no, \u017ee \u0159idi\u010di si sn\u00e1ze v\u0161imnou pohybliv\u00fdch objekt\u016f, proto jsou v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 kalhoty zmi\u0148ovan\u00e9 v\u00a0\u00favodu \u010dl\u00e1nku vhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e bunda, kter\u00e1 je na horn\u00ed polovin\u011b t\u011bla statick\u00e1. Dal\u0161\u00edm d\u016fvodem, pro\u010d je lep\u0161\u00ed m\u00edt reflexn\u00ed materi\u00e1l na nohou, je ten, \u017ee vestu m\u016f\u017ee \u0159idi\u010d pova\u017eovat nap\u0159\u00edklad za zna\u010dku. V\u00fdzkumy uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed blika\u010dek i p\u0159es den v\u00fdrazn\u011b zvy\u0161uje bezpe\u010dnost. Podle d\u00e1nsk\u00e9 studie z\u00a0roku 2012 kleslo riziko sr\u00e1\u017eky s\u00a0autem o 19 % u cyklist\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed byli osv\u011btleni i p\u0159es den. V\u011bt\u0161ina blika\u010dek pro pou\u017eit\u00ed v\u00a0noci v\u00e1m ale p\u0159es den moc nepom\u016f\u017ee. Blika\u010dka na sv\u00edcen\u00ed p\u0159es den mus\u00ed b\u00fdt dostate\u010dn\u011b siln\u00e1, aby \u201ep\u0159ekonala\u201c denn\u00ed sv\u011btlo. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee p\u0159edn\u00ed sv\u011btlo by m\u011blo m\u00edt minim\u00e1ln\u011b 100 lumen\u016f. Dnes lze po\u0159\u00eddit sv\u011btla se sv\u00edtivost\u00ed v\u00a0\u0159\u00e1du mnoha stovek a\u017e tis\u00edc\u016f lumen\u016f. Vhodnou variantou vyu\u017eitelnou i na denn\u00ed sv\u00edcen\u00ed je set sv\u011btel, kde p\u0159edn\u00ed m\u00e1 sv\u00edtivost 1100 lm a zadn\u00ed 300 lm. Tento set vyjde u Lezyne na 2 680,- K\u010d.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0noci se standardn\u011b pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 na p\u0159edn\u00edm sv\u011btle kontinu\u00e1ln\u00ed re\u017eim sv\u00edcen\u00ed, ale p\u0159es den je vhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed re\u017eim blik\u00e1n\u00ed. To umo\u017en\u00ed \u0159idi\u010d\u016fm jednozna\u010dn\u011b odli\u0161it cyklistu od jeho okol\u00ed i ostatn\u00edch motorov\u00fdch vozidel. A nen\u00ed to v\u0161e jen o intenzit\u011b a s\u00edle dan\u00e9ho sv\u011btla. Z\u00a0v\u00fdsledk\u016f je patrn\u00e9, \u017ee pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd \u0159idi\u010d za\u010dne p\u0159edj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bc\u00ed man\u00e9vr asi 1,5 vte\u0159iny p\u0159edt\u00edm, ne\u017e je jeho auto na \u00farovni cyklisty.
