Bez sp\u00e1nku toti\u017e regenerace trv\u00e1 dlouho, tud\u00ed\u017e se sni\u017euje dopad tr\u00e9ninkov\u00e9ho \u00fasil\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Druh\u00fdm kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdm faktorem regenerace je j\u00eddlo. Podobn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edstroje lze vlastn\u011b pou\u017e\u00edt i k\u00a0cvi\u010den\u00ed sval\u016f. Je mo\u017en\u00e9 nastavit minim\u00e1ln\u00ed a maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed kontrakce. Jedn\u00e1 se o jak\u00e9si cuk\u00e1n\u00ed se svalov\u00fdmi tk\u00e1n\u011bmi. Jde o velice efektivn\u00ed zp\u016fsob, jak zrychlit regeneraci.
