A\u017e s\u00a0n\u00e1stupem p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9ho po\u010das\u00ed nasko\u010d\u00ed zp\u011bt do sedla. Mezi dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edmi pak dokonce jen 19 procent.<\/p>\n<p><em>Vojt\u011bch Ha\u010deck\u00fd, sportovn\u00ed fyziolog z Centra sportovn\u00ed medic\u00edny, specializuj\u00edc\u00ed se na individu\u00e1ln\u00ed tr\u00e9ninkov\u00e9 programy.
