Prost\u011b v\u0161e, co n\u00e1sledn\u011b vyu\u017eijete i na bicyklu. We Love Cycling p\u0159ipravil report\u00e1\u017e z\u00a0tr\u00e9ninku s\u00a0pr\u016fkopnic\u00ed \u201elajny\u201c v\u00a0\u010cesku, kterou je Miroslava Jirkov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Sta\u010d\u00ed v\u00e1m dva stromy, 1500 korun v pen\u011b\u017eence a spousta trp\u011blivosti. Sna\u017ete se ho ale dr\u017eet co nejm\u00e9n\u011b. Sp\u00ed\u0161e se jen tak p\u0159idr\u017eovat. Slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed variantou je, kdy\u017e v\u00e1s doty\u010dn\u00fd vede zp\u016fsobem, \u017ee m\u00e1 polo\u017eenou ruku mezi va\u0161imi lopatkami.<\/p>\n<p>Nen\u00ed to jednoduch\u00e9, a tak prvn\u00ed den pad\u00e1m mnohokr\u00e1t dol\u016f. \u201e\u010clov\u011bk nen\u00ed zvykl\u00fd b\u00fdt jen tak ve vzduchu, nem\u00e1 se \u010deho chytit. Mirka na \u201elajn\u011b\u201c chod\u00ed od za\u010d\u00e1tku devades\u00e1t\u00fdch let. Tehdy si v jednom \u010dasopisu p\u0159e\u010detla \u010dl\u00e1nek o klukovi, kter\u00fd chodil po highlin\u011b (vysoko nad zem\u00ed) v Yosemitsk\u00e9m n\u00e1rodn\u00edm parku.<\/p>\n<p>Proto\u017ee pracovala ve specializovan\u00e9m obchodu s pot\u0159ebami do hry, hned si koupila plochou smy\u010dku a po pr\u00e1ci b\u011b\u017eela do parku, kde se metodou pokus \u2013 omyl u\u010dila prvn\u00ed kr\u016f\u010dky. Za\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edk by m\u011bl s\u00e1hnout po popruhu dlouh\u00e9m 13 metr\u016f a \u0161irok\u00e9m p\u011bt centimetr\u016f, kter\u00fd zajist\u00ed stabilitu.
