Je v\u0161ak p\u0159\u00edprava v duchu hesla no pain no gain smyslupln\u00e1?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pokud v\u00a0tr\u00e9ninku nen\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00ed n\u00edzk\u00e1 intenzita nebo jen v\u00a0minim\u00e1ln\u00ed m\u00ed\u0159e, tak se v\u00fdrazn\u011b zvy\u0161uje riziko svalov\u00e9ho zran\u011bn\u00ed, p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed pohybov\u00e9ho apar\u00e1tu \u010di ob\u011bhov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu. Pokud cyklist\u00e9 do tr\u00e9ninku \u0161lapou skute\u010dn\u011b p\u0159es hranu velice pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt a\u017e k\u00a0po\u0161kozen\u00ed srde\u010dn\u00edho svalu. V\u011bt\u0161inou jsou spojen\u00e9 se stresem. T\u0159eba v\u00a0pr\u00e1ci. Sta\u010d\u00ed nedostatek sp\u00e1nku a probl\u00e9m je na sv\u011bt\u011b. V\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b hobby sportovc\u016f mnohdy doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke snaze odbourat stres pomoc\u00ed alkoholu, \u010d\u00edm\u017e nav\u00edc doch\u00e1z\u00ed k\u00a0p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed ledvin, jater a ob\u011bhov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu.<\/p>\n<p>Mnoho lid\u00ed tr\u00e9nink i pod vlivem v\u0161ech nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fdch faktor\u016f nep\u0159eru\u0161\u00ed, ale naopak \u0161roubuje p\u0159es hranu. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b n\u011bco takov\u00e9ho nejde donekone\u010dna, tak\u017ee d\u0159\u00edve \u010di pozd\u011bji se vyno\u0159\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed probl\u00e9m. Nejde o b\u011b\u017en\u00fd proces, s n\u00edm\u017e se setk\u00e1v\u00e1me pravideln\u011b, na druhou stranu nen\u00ed zase tak ojedin\u011bl\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud je z\u00e1m\u011brem t\u011blu d\u00e1t tr\u00e9ninkov\u00fd impuls, logicky doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9mu p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed t\u011bla. Ale z\u00a0kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9ho p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed je pot\u0159eba nechat organismus vzpamatovat.
