B\u011bhem v\u00fdzkumu pracovali se vzorkem 1111 lid\u00ed z Nov\u00e9ho Z\u00e9landu a USA ve v\u011bku 18-25 let a c\u00edlem jejich \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed byla korelace mezi sp\u00e1nkem, fyzickou aktivitou, stravovac\u00edmi n\u00e1vyky a du\u0161evn\u00edm zdrav\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdsledky jasn\u011b uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee vnit\u0159n\u00ed pohodu nejv\u00edc ovliv\u0148uje sp\u00e1nek. Jako druh\u00fd nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed aspekt vy\u0161la konzumace syrov\u00e9ho ovoce a zeleniny, v z\u00e1v\u011bsu s t\u011blesnou aktivitou.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Sp\u011bte l\u00e9pe, ne pouze d\u00e9le<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>N\u011bkomu sta\u010d\u00ed k\u00a0dobr\u00e9 regeneraci \u0161est hodin sp\u00e1nku, jin\u00fd c\u00edt\u00ed nedospalost i po deseti hodin\u00e1ch. Jak nedostatek sp\u00e1nku (m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e osm hodin), tak jeho nadbytek (v\u00edce ne\u017e 12 hodin) byl ve v\u00fdzkumu spojov\u00e1n s vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed sklonem k depres\u00edm a zhor\u0161en\u00fdm du\u0161evn\u00edm zdrav\u00edm. D\u016fraz na kvalitu sp\u00e1nku ale jako ukazatel du\u0161evn\u00ed pohody zv\u00edt\u011bzil o parn\u00edk. To ukazuje, \u017ee by se ve\u0159ejnosti m\u011bla sp\u00e1nkov\u00e1 kvalita prezentovat coby stejn\u011b v\u00fdznamn\u00fd aspekt psychick\u00e9 pohody jako pot\u0159ebn\u00e1 d\u00e9lka sp\u00e1nku,\u201c komentovala v\u00fdsledky hlavn\u00ed autorka v\u00fdzkumu Shay-Ruby Wickhamov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Studie rovn\u011b\u017e uk\u00e1zala, \u017ee nebezpe\u010d\u00ed vzniku deprese nejv\u00edc oddaloval sp\u00e1nek v d\u00e9lce 9,7 hodiny a pocity vnit\u0159n\u00ed pohody nejv\u00edc uv\u00e1d\u011bli dotazovan\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed spali 8 hodin denn\u011b. Z toho plyne, \u017ee bychom nem\u011bli sp\u00e1t m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e osm hodin a rad\u011bji je\u0161t\u011b o chlup d\u00e9le.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Nebojte se ovoce a zeleniny<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Z v\u00fdsledku pr\u016fzkumu vyplynulo, \u017ee vyv\u00e1\u017eenou vnit\u0159n\u00ed pohodu nejv\u00edc uv\u00e1d\u011bli \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci studie, kte\u0159\u00ed konzumovali pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b 4,8 porce syrov\u00e9ho ovoce a zeleniny. Zkr\u00e1tka: vyhn\u011bte se extr\u00e9m\u016fm a budete v pohod\u011b.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u0160l\u00e1pn\u011bte do ped\u00e1l\u016f<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00da\u010dastn\u00edci studie se v\u00a0pr\u016fm\u011bru \u201eh\u00fdbali\u201c t\u0159ikr\u00e1t t\u00fddn\u011b. Pokud tedy pat\u0159\u00edte k\u00a0cyklistick\u00fdm nad\u0161enc\u016fm, pak ur\u010dit\u011b nem\u00e1te probl\u00e9m tento aspekt naplnit v nadpr\u016fm\u011bru.
