Stejn\u011b jako se li\u0161\u00ed intenzita a d\u00e9lka va\u0161eho tr\u00e9ninku, m\u011bn\u00ed se i n\u00e1roky t\u011bla na energii a tekutiny. Porad\u00edme v\u00e1m, jak a \u010d\u00edm dopl\u0148ovat energii p\u0159i kr\u00e1tk\u00fdch, ale i velmi intenzivn\u00edch dom\u00e1c\u00edch j\u00edzd\u00e1ch na trena\u017e\u00e9ru a co ud\u011blat pro spr\u00e1vnou regeneraci.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dom\u00e1c\u00ed j\u00edzdy jsou perfektn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost vyzkou\u0161et si syst\u00e9m stravov\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00fd pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed i profesion\u00e1lov\u00e9. Princip je jednoduch\u00fd, vst\u0159eban\u00e1 energie by m\u011bla odpov\u00eddat n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti dan\u00e9ho tr\u00e9ninku.<\/p>\n<p>Co to znamen\u00e1 v praxi? Pokud si jdete nap\u0159\u00edklad jen na 20-40 minut vyto\u010dit nohy v lehk\u00e9m tempu, tak v\u00e1m bohat\u011b posta\u010d\u00ed voda a energii dopln\u00edte bez probl\u00e9m\u016f a\u017e s dal\u0161\u00edm j\u00eddlem dne. Je to dobr\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost zkusit si t\u0159eba j\u00edzdu na la\u010dno p\u0159ed sn\u00eddan\u00ed v pohodl\u00ed domova. Pokud ale naopak pl\u00e1nujete intenzivn\u00ed tr\u00e9nink del\u0161\u00edho trv\u00e1n\u00ed, tak je pot\u0159eba myslet na dostatek paliva, zejm\u00e9na v podob\u011b sacharid\u016f.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>P\u0159\u00edprava jako na \u010dasovku<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Jak jsme si uk\u00e1zali v p\u0159edchoz\u00edch d\u00edlech seri\u00e1lu, dom\u00e1c\u00ed tr\u00e9nink je specifick\u00fd zejm\u00e9na v tom, \u017ee na trena\u017e\u00e9ru nem\u00e1te \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 pauzy \u2013 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 zast\u00e1vky na semaforech, \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 sjezdy, zat\u00e1\u010dky, ani j\u00edzdu v bal\u00edku.
