Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed cyklistick\u00e1 unie UCI se podle \u0159ady zdroj\u016f chyst\u00e1 po v\u00edce ne\u017e dvou desetilet\u00edch s\u00e1hnout do technick\u00fdch regul\u00ed, kter\u00e9 krot\u00ed p\u0159edstavy design\u00e9r\u016f kol, a v konstrukci bicykl\u016f by se tak mohla odehr\u00e1t hotov\u00e1 revoluce.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Informaci o tom, \u017ee by se UCI m\u011bla t\u0159iadvacet let po p\u0159ijet\u00ed st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch p\u0159edpis\u016f odhodlat k revolu\u010dn\u00edmu kroku p\u0159inesl s odvol\u00e1n\u00edm na zdroje bl\u00edzk\u00e9 cyklistick\u00e9 unii server CyclingTips. N\u00e1vrh regul\u00ed pro rok 2021 je \u00fadajn\u011b pln\u00fd \u010derven\u00fdch pozn\u00e1mek, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed poslat do propadli\u0161t\u011b d\u011bjin tzv. Luganskou chartu. Respektive nejsou jin\u00e9 d\u016fvody ne\u017e na konci devades\u00e1t\u00fdch let, kdy se tato pravidla &#8211; mj. to, \u017ee se kolo skl\u00e1d\u00e1 z\u00a0p\u0159edn\u00edho a zadn\u00edho troj\u00faheln\u00edku &#8211; zavedla,\u201c soud\u00ed Michael Moure\u010dek z\u00a0pra\u017esk\u00e9 Festky, pro n\u011bj\u017e je design kol denn\u00edm chlebem.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Padne Lugansk\u00e1 charta?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Pr\u00e1v\u011b Moure\u010dek si p\u0159ijet\u00ed Lugansk\u00e9 charty dob\u0159e pamatuje, zas\u00e1hla toti\u017e do jeho aktivn\u00ed z\u00e1vodn\u00ed kari\u00e9ry. \u201eDo t\u00e9 doby toto pravidlo neplatilo a kola se b\u011b\u017en\u011b stav\u011bla tak, \u017ee tvar troj\u00faheln\u00edku nerespektovala. Podle CyclingTips navrhovan\u00fd dokument otev\u0159e design\u00e9r\u016fm nov\u00e9 mo\u017enosti v\u00a0oblasti rozm\u011bru trubek, tvarech a pozici sedlovky &#8211; v\u00a0z\u00e1sad\u011b by se m\u011bla silnice p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017eit k hranici, kter\u00e1 dnes vymezuje sv\u011bt \u010dasovk\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch speci\u00e1l\u016f a kol pro triatlon, a cyklistika by m\u011bla objevit dosud nepoznan\u00fd pom\u011br mezi v\u00e1hou a rychlost\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1sadn\u00ed prom\u011bnou m\u00e1 proj\u00edt \u010dl\u00e1nek 1.3.020 v paragrafu 2 o technick\u00fdch p\u0159edpisech. Unie od zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9ho roku 1997 trvala na tom, \u017ee tlou\u0161\u0165ka trubek mus\u00ed b\u00fdt od 2,5 do 8 cm v jak\u00e9mkoliv sm\u011bru a teprve ned\u00e1vno povolila tlou\u0161\u0165ku 1 cm u vidlice a sedlov\u00e9 a \u0159et\u011bzov\u00e9 vzp\u011bry. Podle nov\u00fdch regul\u00ed by ale pravidlo 1 cm m\u011blo platit pro v\u0161echny \u010d\u00e1sti r\u00e1mu a v\u00fdjimka pro vidlice a zadn\u00ed vzp\u011bry v dokumentu ji\u017e nen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Nov\u00e9 mo\u017enosti v oblasti rozm\u011bru trubek<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Sou\u010dasn\u011b by mohlo i pro silnici a cyklokros platit pravidlo o kompenza\u010dn\u00edch troj\u00faheln\u00edc\u00edch, kter\u00e9 ji\u017e dnes dovoluj\u00ed konstrukt\u00e9r\u016fm \u010dasovk\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch kol h\u00fdbat trubkami a\u017e o 8 cm. A to u\u017e m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159in\u00e9st skute\u010dnou design\u00e9rskou revoluci. Foto: profimedia<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>A sou\u010dasn\u011b n\u011bkdej\u0161\u00ed proficyklista vn\u00edm\u00e1 aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdvoj jako jednu z dal\u0161\u00edch vln, jich\u017e byl sv\u011bdkem. \u201eKolem roku 2000 prob\u011bhl p\u0159echod na karbon, pak p\u0159i\u0161lo t\u00e9ma hmotnosti, redukovalo se, kde se dalo. Pak se vz\u00fdvala aerodynamika, co\u017e pro zm\u011bnu zni\u010dilo ohled na hmotnost a kola zt\u011b\u017ekla. Kdy\u017e se vy\u010derpalo aero, p\u0159i\u0161ly kotou\u010dov\u00e9 brzdy, kter\u00e9 op\u011bt p\u0159idaly v\u00e1hu a v\u00fdrobci ohled na hmotnost \u00fapln\u011b vyzmiz\u00edkovali,&#8220; vysv\u011btluje Moure\u010dek.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eKdy\u017e to vzt\u00e1hnu na sebe, tak se m\u011b u\u017e dva roky nikdo nezeptal, jak lehk\u00e9 kolo dok\u00e1\u017eu vyrobit. P\u0159edt\u00edm to byla prvn\u00ed ot\u00e1zka. Mus\u00edte na to naz\u00edrat z perspektivy toho, \u017ee snahou velk\u00fdch zna\u010dek je donutit v\u00e1s kolo m\u011bnit.
